To start off, if i can give a less rating than a 1 star rating i absolutely would. When i was gaven a tour the yards by the pool smell like complete - . Already a bad sign. The pool was filthy. Chairs in the pool trash everywhere. When i tried contacting and reaching out for my daughter about her unit. This property seems like maintenace is non exsistent. The property manager is horrible. Does not take his job as seriously as he should be. Theres A kind girl in the front she was absolutely amazing during the proccess. and handled us as best as she could. When i had futhermore questions everytime i came back to speak to a higher up there was no assistance when i needed it from the assistant property manager, property manager and its a bunch of going back in forth with the Leasing manager whos never there. Staff is a mess. Westpointe needs to hire people who will like to actually come into work and help the residents/ community. Such a beautiful complex to go to complete waste

The new Assistant Manager is so kind and I greatly appreciate her for going above and beyond checking in on me daily regarding the leak in our apartment. Thank you Melissa for genuinely caring so much. It truly shows.

Good complex but the towing is ridiculous. My friend parked and came inside to get the information on how to register the vehicle for parking and within 5 minutes walked out and car was already on the tow truck. Had to pay 90 dollars for the car to be released. the QR code on the spots that actually have them is really confusing. Also good luck getting them to call or email you back for anything. They do not answer the phone, answer their emails, or call you back when you leave a message. But they will email all the residents whenever they need something.

So smooth from the start such a calm neighborhood but after 3 months in so many maintenance request had to be put in, but Maintenance was super sweet very very helpful 10/10. Couple months pass by Found mold in our place 7 months in on living here, Got car stolen on the property 2 months later, So would definitely make sure get cameras face at your car or on it.Front office wasn’t very helpful they honestly forget about you once they lease you.
