Westpointe Oaks

My husband and I have been living here since June 2024 and I can honestly say we love it. Yes, parking is strictly enforced but it takes less than 2 minutes to register your guest and they are good to park for 24 hrs. Maintenance is 5 stars across the board. They answer to request in a timely manner, most of the time same day. Management is also a 5 stars across the board. I highly recommend this place.

Been living here for about 8 months now, since the moment we toured to the day we moved in it was a smooth experience. I've been using flex to pay my rent and have never had an issue! Apartments are really nice and the amenities are well kept. A couple times we've needed a tech in the apartment and they have been quick to answer and fix anything needed. So far, a great experience!

I loved these apartments. One of the best rental experiences I've had since I moved to Texas. My girlfriend was really upset that we had to move. I only moved because I purchased a house. The staff was great, when ever I needed somthing done or replaced they got the job done rite away. It's super quiet and peaceful and they try their best to always keep the place clean. They have a beautiful pool and a great gym. If your looking for peace and a beautiful place to lay your head, do not hesitate. This is what you been looking for 🙂

Im giving zero stars. I had high hopes for this property being good when I moved here. In many ways, it was. Everything you read about the towing is true and sugarcoated its way worse. Im a resident and my rental car which per their contract with the tow company is not to be towed. I have 10 hours over 2 days stuck down here at the impound @1012 w laurel (stand by for that review its gonna be a bloodbath) but back to Westpointe. Yesterday I was preparing a glowing 5* rating because the property manager mentioned the contract stating they are not allowed to tow rentals and my car was released without incident or charge. Inconvenient yes but they stood by their resident had my back and did right by me until my car was towed illegally again within the same 24hr period. This time when the opportunity arose to have earned the 5 star review and my eternal gratitude they instead opted to leave me hanging, victim blame, and not place the simple less than 1 minute call to save me 321$ which is somehow roughly 100$ higher than every where else in san antonio (we are in san antonio and bexar county so they purposefully charge more to hurt people more even their residents apparently. Im saltiest about this but there are other extremely concerning things to know Also this complexs after hours emergency response

Being so kind and hard working and getting things done given the lack of communication and obstacles. 4. For going above and beyond!!! This entire M/I experience was not what I expected especially being a Property Mgr and “being in the business” 16 yrs myself. I expected so much more from this A-Class “Luxury” complex from the application process, initial staff interaction, and especially the move in condition of my unit. Overall I absolutely love my unit and I am just glad to be almost situated. (pending make ready/unit readiness issues) I am disappointed and completely blow away by certain actions of certain employees (up to the corporate office) and the complete disregard to my very ill parents and the urgency of my M/I. I am extremely professional and refuse to bash anyone personally online however I would love someone from ownership to reach out to me via email at some point. I would love to share my experience along with pictures with someone who will address my concerns. Please feel to reach me via email.
