Westmount at Three Fountains

Update: So i reached out, multiple times for the last 2 weeks! They would not call me back, they would email me saying they would call and never would. The people running this apartment are very unprofessional for this. If i could give -10 stars i would. DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless you have no where else to go. Well after 14 months of living here I can honestly say that this is a good place to live if you literally have no where else to go. I’ve had problems here since the minute we got the keys. Upon move in we had a roach infestation and we were told that nothing could be done about it because it wasn’t an infestation. There were roaches literally everywhere. It took 12 months before the problem got a little better. Every night me and my family slept here we were so scared that roaches would crawl in our ears. They’d get on us when we were on the toilet, they were in the shower and we couldn’t put food down anywhere for 1 second. There’s always cops at the property and at night you have people on some sorta substance sitting by the office door tweaking out. People’s cars would get broken into and tires slashed. We were always calling maintenance for stuff , we had a problem with a leak coming from the water hookups multiple times. Or the ac not working properly. The maintenance came to fix a light fixture one time and broke part of it and of course we were charged at the end for the light fixture. There were definitely some creeps around too just looking at my kids and wife. So bad that one of my neighbors had to get the office involved. Even though it had a gate they were always open allowing whoever in the property, even the fence they had was broken down so there was zero safety here which made it concerning for me considering I have 3 kids. You just never knew who was going to be outside and acting weird. To top it off our last month we were only supposed to be charged for 4 days. Which we were charged for that, they also charged us an entire month extra which we refused to pay. They gave zero warning and sent it straight to collections halfway into the month. Our move out total was 5500 because they said we broke the lease. Mind you this is 2 weeks after our move out date because we refused to pay an entire month extra. Why are you charging me an entire extra month and expecting me to pay it in 2 weeks without saying anything and still charging me for a broken lease and then sending it to collections. This property is just money hungry and filthy outside and inside. You couldn’t even throw the trash half the time bc people are always coming in to dump their trash when they don’t even live there. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment and I’ve lived in 8 other places before this. The only reason I moved here was because my daughter was living here with her mom and I wanted to be close to her so she could be with her brother and sister often. I think it’s crazy they have 5 star reviews, but I was looking at some of them and some of them are the apartment locators that send people here. I only know this because I have a 3 friends that apartment locate and they work with them in their offices. And the property will probably see this and say to contact the office to discuss the matter 😂 like what! Nah yall don’t know how to treat your residents and don’t know how to keep the property clean and safe. So glad I moved where I did just 5 minutes down the road at slate creek. So peaceful and quiet and no signs of danger so the kids can play outside freely. Leaving another review with my other Gmail too bc I’m trying to save people from this property!! You’re welcome if you see this, it makes me happy to save people from the problems me and my family had to deal with.

The staff at these apartments are a joke. I will have to agree with the bad reviews for these apartments. At move in they advertised zero application fee and zero admin fee, yet they charged me for both. When I asked they said it would be applied to my rent. It was never applied. We had an emotional support dog, provided the documentation, and they still charged the pet deposit and the monthly fee. I had to contact the disability rights office and until then they reimbursed the fees. So I basically had to educate them on the disabilty rights laws. We had three toilet backups in the night time. We reported it and they did not address it until the next day. 10 hours later. So we were left with no toilet for 10 hours. The apartment was infested with roaches. The pest control came in and sprayed lightly. 5 random squirts of spray. Which did not help. When we moved in, the apartment smelled like weed. We told them about it and about how dirty it was. They did nothing about it. They said we signed the lease and all we needed to do was air it out. The office staff never answers the phone. They charge valet trash, yet not once was our trash picked up. Corporate ignores your request. We had to move out due to medical reasons. We provided a reasonable accomodation letter. The manager Jessica argued that that was not a valid reason, yet Texas law says it is. Therefore, she needs to educate herself. She is stating the apartment is dirty and the pictures I provided are not valid. Yet if you see the pictures it was left in clean conditions. I do not recommend these apartments. The final bill they issued is at $3000 with fees that make no sense. They were offering a free months rent for referrals yet never applied it to our rent. Do your research and do not trust what they say.

REAL REVIEW. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the 3 incident of theft in a MONTH in regard to my personal property. I will be leaving once my lease is up here. This complex places all blame back on the safety of the residence although they make sure to tell you multiples when trying to rent here that they have patrol officers. Now from the leasing agent's mouth "We have a patrol officer, but they patrol during specific hours and there is no guarantee that they will be patrolling during those hours as they are off site." Meaning you don't REALLY have these lots patrolled like they are saying. The line does not even connect to a patrol officer and that was CONFIRMED by management because they can't "figure out how to do it correctly". Not to mention the gates are down every other week. More IMPORTANTLY, the lights to MOST buildings are dim leaving the parking lots dark. You will end up paying more for damages for your personal property living here and it's not worth it. I have PERSONALLY seen more than a handful of vehicles in this lot on my side with the same make OR model and I have been the main one targeted here. I couldn't even sit something outside that was for decoration before it was STOLEN and broken in the parking lot in less than 24 hours. Looks somewhere else that is safer.

I love love love love my community here at a Westmont at Three fountains. When I was looking for an apartment, the sense of community was the biggest thing I was looking for and my neighbors are great. The maintenance team is great. Edwin deserves a raise, and I have to say a huge shout out to Jessica. Miss Jessica was incredible. I needed a contact list move-in due to working remotely and Jessica was there to assist me every step of the way. My AC went out one night at 11:30 PM. I put a maintenance request and got a call myself from Edwin within 5 minutes and it was working by the next morning, I cannot say enough, good things once again about this complex. Is it perfect? No, but no complex is and this complex works to correct any issues quickly and speedily- thank you all so much again. I love my time here.

This lady was so helpful and friendly!! Very easy to talk with her and is bilingual so she can help with both English and Spanish. I recommend her if your looking 😌
