Jovie was awesome to work with. The whole reason we leased here. We will miss her. Patty was nice at move in. Great experience so far. Love this place.

I love this place drove by everyday while living with my parents. Now I’m excited that I will be living here my 1st apartment ever. I love it it’s beautiful. My agent Jovie helped me with everything. I met the manager Paty very nice to. Jovie is very nice and very helpful. I’m glad she helped me. I will refer my co-workers to come live here. Thank you Vivid.

Big shout out to the lead maintenance man Jesus! I literally put in my work order today and he got it done so fast and efficiently. Plus he was a super nice guy! I’ve had such a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly and quick to help with any maintenance requests — everything I’ve needed has been handled within a day or two. The property is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. I love how well-kept the grounds are, and the amenities are a huge plus. Overall, it really feels like home, and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
