This apartment complex consistently receives high praise for its excellent location near popular shopping and dining areas, offering great value for money with spacious units. Residents frequently highlight the friendly and responsive staff, particularly the maintenance team, who are often commended for their quick and effective service. While the community generally offers a positive living experience, some residents have noted occasional issues with noise from neighbors or nearby roads, and there have been reports of mailroom break-ins, though management has reportedly increased security.

I am absolutely furious. 4 years ago we rented from this place and had a lease that required us to terminate due to health issues which required ua to move back to New York. We approached the manager Randall and discussed the issue and were emphatically told by him that there would be no issue as long as they could release the unit. A day after we met the apartment was released and they called asking if we could vacate a week earlier that the tenants wanted to move in so we agreed to vacate. Forgotvto mention when we arrived to move on the unit we signed for was not available because the tenants decided to hold over which inconvenienced is for over a week. On any regard we recently applied doe a new home mortgage and are in jeopardy of not obtaining one because thos idiot devided to charge us for back rent and cleaning etc and because we moved back the NY never received any notification and now we are in collection in spite of of meeting face to face with Mr Manager the day we departed and were told point blank we have incurred no additional charges as they were able to release the unit no we are dealing with this fiasco

Super nice complex, with a great staff that is easy and outgoing to communicate with! They’ll personally talk to you at any hour of the day, and their maintenance team is fast and efficient and doesn’t come close to the competition. I’ll be here for a while

I’ve lived here for 2 years and like I had to make a review with more recent developments Main Topics: 1. Maintenance & management 2. amenities 3. Area & Walkibility 4. Traffic 5. Final thoughts Maintenance & Management I will praise the maintenance staff, they are nice and really quick and effective! They do a good job with that for sure. The management was nice for a while but it seems like it’s taken a turn for the worse. For example they recently started requiring a third party pet screening account for pet rent. I’ve had my pet accommodation approved for 2 years but now they’re making a fuss about it for some more money. The management is becoming a little high maintenance with their random new rules. On another topic, they have an option to put a preferred name on their portal so I changed my name there to update it to what I actually go by. It didn’t actually make a difference though as they ignore it everywhere and call me by my legal name. It’s honestly just weird and disrespectful to me and my requests. I’d recommend against living here to any people with legal names they don’t like such as queer/trans people because of this, it’s actively not friendly in that matter. Amenities The amenities are nice, the pool and gym area are nice to have. The gym is especially nice as I believe it’s 24/7. Though I will say that if there’s people at the pool, it’s almost a 75% chance someone is smoking. It doesn’t matter if there are children around, nobody cares about secondhand smoke apparently. This is a thing throughout the complex too, you’ll smell smoke randomly from balconies. As for the mail room, it was broken into a few different times last year. They told us about it and I believe they upped the security to it and I haven’t heard anything since I believe but I’m not totally sure. Also I will say that the apartment itself could use more sidewalks, it’s mostly just road and there’s not a lot of area to safely go on a walk because of that. The areas with grass also tend to have dog poop in them, which isn’t fun to randomly just stumble upon of course. Area & Walkability I will say that for a while I did like the la cantera/rim area, but more recently I’ve realized that the only thing to do besides spend money here is to go on the trails. There’s legitimately nothing else that I’ve found at least. It’s very corporate and doesn’t feel like you’re in San Antonio. It also doesn’t have much greenery and feels like all you see is grey concrete slabs all day. As for the walkability, it’s kind of abysmal. There are for sure sidewalks here but it’s a 30 minute walk to The Rim, which is where everything is here. It’s also where the nearest bus stop is as well, so if you don’t have a car, be prepared to cross underneath the highway along your 30 minute walk. I guess that’s almost expected in America though. Traffic The biggest problem with traffic here is the fact that in order to go anywhere else in san antonio, you have to take I-10 or 1604, both of which constantly have construction here. It makes driving so much worse as the traffic is so unexpected when you leave. It’s like gambling for the traffic of the day. The traffic in general, outside of the highways in the area can get bad though, but it’s nowhere near the highway levels. I will say be careful planning trips on sundays as the church nearby clogs up the feeder road that is the main road to go anywhere from here. Final Thoughts The maintenance people are nice and it is safe for the most part. The only instances of anything I’ve heard about are the mail getting stolen a few times an instance of cars getting broken into. I do think that the management is starting to squeeze out every cent they can out of their residents though. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rates go up in the future but that’s just speculation. Landlords will landlord. I don’t really recommend it but you do you and find out for yourself!
