Vista Ridge Apartments in San Antonio

Price is phenomenal Units are spacious and clean Every interaction I’ve had has been positive and they seem to really care about being a friendly and exceptional community. I lived in the rim before this and if you combine prices, apartment layouts and the front office, Vista Ridge is the best value on this side of San Antonio And Caitlyn is beyond amazing. She’s just doing her job but every interaction feels honest and genuine

It could not be better located, it is amidst lots of shopping, restaurants, and medical offices. The entire staff always greet you with a smile (even my paw) and are very helpful. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. I completely TRUST the staff, even when I am not there. The grounds and facilities are kept clean, extremely PET FRIENDLY, and safe to walk around. My paw loooooves his walkies. I have loved my time here and will ALWAYS recommend Vista Ridge Apartments.

My wife and I have lived in Vista Ridge Apartment Homes for years. Staff does turn over as in other companies. The good news is the leaving employees and the incoming employees are all professional, customer friendly, service oriented, and effective. The team is precise and responsive. Recently Corey has done maintenance on a water closet and lighting. His service is punctual, friendly, and totally solves the problem. The mail building is getting security upgrades frequently to insure customer protection. The clubhouse, gym, barbecue grills and pool are great stress relievers with opportunities to exercise and make new friends. The maintenance of parking lots and building exterior is outstanding. These apartments can be HOME for a lifetime!

I love it here! I’ve lived here almost 6 total years. Maintenance is awesome as is the office staff. My family loves the views, the homey hill country fill but right around the corner from everything you could ever need.

The Staff were great from what I experienced and the location is really good. I just moved from here after living here for 2 years. Pros : -Location, right next to la cantera and the rim -door dash and uber delivered everything -Many walking tails close by -Didn't really have an issue with Noise from other apartments -Never had an issue with trash valet Cons: -The carpet -My mail got stolen twice along with many others since the mail room is outside of the gate, nothing was done nor did they reach out to me with next steps on how to secure the mail room or say sorry -They wouldn't fix the swinging doors leading to the bathroom, there was a gap about 3/4th+ of an inch wide so if you were in the bathroom in the master bath someone could definitely see you. -AC was on the older side -Maintenance team is 50/50, Won't fix my blinds or my bathroom door but will leave me like 5 light bulbs outside my door in a amazon box, then another guy a few hours later at will knock on my door with another 5 light bulbs.
