Room is okay, my hot water doesn’t work well in the sinks and is inconsistent in showers. The laundry rooms have been broke for months. They take your money just fine, but the washers don’t spin and the dryers don’t get hot. Total waste of money, never doing laundry here again. Good thing the laundry mat across the street is amazing.

Chelsea was a great help helping us find a new apartments for me and my family I highly recommend her they have a great attitude and they make you feel very comfortable and no pressure when they show the property.

They want to charge you pest control fee monthly, and after complaining numerous times about the cockroaches swarming all over the place! They want to say there was little to no activity of roaches. Well here ya go! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I am very embarrassed and ashamed. I am giving you the save of TIME and MONEY!! PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Recently moved in and decided to clean everything and moved the fridge and stove and was disgusted with how roach infested it is , they are everywhere and you get charged for pest control every month for them to not come , on top of that the water is constantly off or without hot water

My family member just moved in two days ago. Thank you, Liz (manager) and Linda for an enjoyable, stress-free move-in experience. Liz's attentiveness and compassion are refreshing. The apartment was clean and covered parking allocation was fully completed within 24hours. Thank you, Edward - the helpful maintenance man. The pool rules ensures safety, orderliness and fairness. I wish my previous apartment had written rules like these to help tenants be considerate to others.
