I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unprofessional conduct of Yvette and Bree at your leasing office. My brother, who has special needs and limited cognitive abilities, visited your office and was allowed to complete a leasing application despite being unable to read or write independently. During this process, he was instructed to send a $165 application fee via Cash App to someone within your department. When I contacted the office to explain his cognitive limitations and lack of legal decision-making rights, I was told to call the corporate office and was abruptly hung up on. When I called back requesting the corporate number, Yvette again disconnected the call. I also attempted to speak with the manager, who stated that this situation was “not her problem” and refused further discussion. This handling of a vulnerable individual is deeply concerning and raises serious ethical and legal issues. I will be filing a police report regarding this matter. The call was also recorded should corporate want to listen since we were told to Google your number but couldn’t find it.

Grace was amazing. Very understanding about money situations and tries very hard to work with her tenants. Would gladly move back in here when money situation gets better. Thank you for everything Grace.

I m impressed with the expeditious response to the 2 service requests I submitted, specifically the one involving the refrigerator in the apartment. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hours after submitting the service request. Much appreciated, thank you.
