Villas at Echo East

Moving in process was great if I could give more than 5 stars I would the staffing was nice & made the moving in process stress free will definitely recommend these apartments to my family & friends looking to move in somewhere ❤️.

Absolutely amazing staff. Professionals with great energy, willing to help. Ms. Mary made my application and onboarding process easy and less stressful, kept me updated in a timely manner. Can’t wait to get my keys!

Rafael is a quick and fast maintenance man but the whole apartment complex is infested with roaches and rats, can’t walk outside my front door without seeing one running or crawling everywhere I.e parking lot, gym, u name it. This is has been mine and 2 of my neighbors experience in the pass 2 years. Pest control doesn’t do nothing but only attract roaches more. I’ve been making homemade pest control spray that has been way better at keeping the insects out my apartment than pest control. They just took an Apartment complex in the hood and throw nicer looking cabinets etc and call it high end/ luxury Lies! Walls are paper thin and none of the apartments are sealed there’s a wide opening cracks along every corner and there spiders and mole hiding in the air conditioning vents that they do nothing about either and the gym filter has yet to be replaced something we all used and it has not been changed in over a month and I’ve told management 3 times

I’ve been a resident of villas at echo east for a year. The community is a pleasant one. The office staff make you feel very welcome. They go out there way to assist you with any concerns, or matters that you might have. Thanks also to the maintenance department, they are quick to answer, and repair at your request.

I have had the best and greatest experience becoming a resident here at Echo East…Mary(ast manager) was very informative and patient w/my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful to where I was wanting to become a resident. Made me feel extremely welcome.And now I am a resident. Thank you soooooo much!
