I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barbara Meras at Villas at College Park. Over the past 18 months, she has truly made my experience here exceptional. Most recently, after I was unfortunately scammed by a moving company, Barbara immediately stepped into action. She didn’t just offer sympathy she used her resources and connections to help me secure an amazing, reliable moving company that restored my faith in the process. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents truly set her apart. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she does. Because of Barbara, my stay here has been not only smooth but genuinely pleasurable. If you’re considering living at Villas at College Park, I highly recommend it and Barbara is a huge reason why. She is an absolute asset to the community.

Stopped by today and was greeted by Barbara. She was so welcoming! She is the new property manager and you can tell she cares for the residents. She was quick to resolve issues that came up during my visit. When our lease is up we hope to move in here.

I’ve been here for about a year now and I can say the service has been very attentive. The property manager, Barbara, has been very polite and consistent with answering all of my 100 questions! I love that I feel heard. The maintenance is quite fast as well! All around great neighborhood to live in!
