It seems like every other week, we get the water randomly shut off with little to no warning. And maintenance takes so long to respond with no communication when they show up to help.

Don’t use the public the public washer and dryer here, people steal from them. Just had an entire load go missing. All of the washers and dryers in the place were empty, which is never the case, as though someone had gone in and taken every single piece of clothing.

My daughter lives here. There's mold growing in the bathroom wall. Holes in bathroom tile exposing mold. Reported to management but never fixed. Moldy ductwork throughout.

A lot has changed since the original review and a new company has taken over yet again. I agree with some of my fellow neighbors that a lot has degraded and rent keeps going up but no improvements and several fees are now being tacked onto the rent which were never disclosed in the lease renewal. I can’t even do laundry on site anymore because all of the machines are not functioning (which makes me spend more money having to wash offsite), machines are fixed then break down a week later, boiler seems to break down often so no hot water throughout random times of the year. Maintenance seems to do a decent job trying to fix things but the bad outweighs the good. Management will not permanently fix any of these issues or any outlined in the other reviews and will just say “that’s how it is” and just leave things as is which is unacceptable and telling tenants to accept it or leave is exactly why many people are leaving. EDIT: 11/03/25 Sometime this evening some idiot left an old stove right next to my car. I don't even know what to say at this point about these apartments overall. That's a hazard and it can damage my car along with anyone else's car. Boilers are still work improperly, light doesnt work in the laundry rooms let alone most of the machines still don't work. Will be reporting this to corporate as well. EDIT: 11/05/2025 Ok well… now an incident involving a lot of cops and crime units and more cops later the next morning. Some people have reported seeing shady people in hoodies come into through the back of the complex where there’s no lights. Take from that what you will. been here 3 years and it’s gotten worse over time. I’d be willing to break my lease at this point. I’m over it… ugh.

This place is a hell hole . They switch employees like they switch more then they dump the dumpsters . When I first moved in they had just took over this place got new maintenance team office team that actually care and started doing some change . But idk what happen of another change took over or what its a whole different group . The grounds look bad the new manager is rude as hell and talks with u disrespectful I have to talk to girls in the front because that lady should not be a manager .so unprofessional. The pool looks so bad I saw the city inspector there probably closed it down. The ac works only when they want to they are so old and dont make new upgrades but want to charge us for all these fake fees they make up . Who ever is incharge needs to get in another buisness because they cant keep employees and they dont care about the residents . The boilers are always down never have hot water its bad . I get it the rent is cheaper but dam pick up the trash or fix the gates . Clean the laundry area with working machines not just 1 machine . The security lights are all out its dark outside. The basket court is like a prison one wires all over the fence with rigged up lighting its pathetic. Dont waste ur momey here u can find a way nicer place . And the little troll manager got to go shes just looks like she causes trouble where ever shes at .
