this is the best apartment complex EVER! Erin and the team made the move-in process so smooth and are always there to help out. They communicate very well when it comes to issues going on around the community as well as any upcoming events. i could not have asked for a better team/community.

This place hits so many of the boxes, great location, restaurants, bars at a walking distance. The building is amazing. Staff was so friendly and always welcoming. Victoria was amazing

I’ve been living at this apartment located at 847 E Ashby Pl in San Antonio for more than a year, and while there are some positives, there are also some serious issues that need to be addressed. On the positive side, the apartment itself looks great and the location is excellent. Parking is also convenient with plenty of spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the rent is definitely on the higher end, which makes the ongoing problems even more frustrating. One of the biggest concerns is the electrical system. The circuit breaker constantly trips whenever the washer or dryer is running at the same time as any other appliance. When this happens, power to the bedroom is lost, which also knocks out my internet. This is a major issue, especially for anyone working from home—it makes it nearly impossible to do normal household tasks without disrupting work. Additionally, there is a constant noise issue from the upstairs neighbor due to a baby device that runs 24/7. Unfortunately, management has not taken any action to address this, which has made it difficult to have a quiet living environment. Overall, while the property has great potential because of its location and appearance, the lack of resolution for these ongoing issues—especially the electrical problems and noise—makes it hard to justify the cost.

Terrible place to rent. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t know how the employee such a rude staff. Plenty of other luxury apartments in the areas. Don’t waste your time.
