Your dedication, professionalism, and commitment are clearly reflected in the smooth operation of the property, the attention given to residents, and the organization of the work team. Thanks to your leadership and consistent effort, the community maintains a positive, orderly, and well-managed environment. Your ability to resolve situations, coordinate processes, and maintain effective communication truly makes a great difference.

I want to recognize the Assistant Manager Chloie Rodriguez for doing an excellent job. My family and I moved here from another city and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help resolve issues quickly. From lease questions to maintenance follow-ups, everything was handled efficiently and with a positive attitude. Her professionalism truly adds value to the community.

The Assistant Manager Chloie Rodriguez at this community is truly outstanding. They are professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. From handling questions promptly to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, their dedication and attention to detail really stand out. Communication is clear, issues are resolved quickly, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive living experience. This property is well-managed, and the Assistant Manager plays a big role in making it a great place to call home.

The new management is awful. Do NOT move here unless you want loud noise, stealing, roaches, which they say they have pest control come out but never works, upcharge on your utilities, constant dog poop problems, broken AC, I took a photo on how they “repaired” mine. I had two cats, it would be almost 90 in my apartment. They didn’t care!!! Also make sure to keep your lease documents!!!! Oh yeah, and the community trash, have a look for yourself 😂 The management does NOT care about you, they care about their money ONLY.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Timberhill commons maintenance team for always showing up quickly to adjust any maintenance issue there was in the year we lived here. It was a great living experience! The same way that unit was when we showed up was the same way we intended to leave it !!! “Clean “ on every corner and every room . Borders were wiped , floor were mopped , walls were spot painted , and holes were covered. I hope that this unit is a blessing for you guys so that the rental process will be easier . Thank you guys we appreciated our stay and we hope to be back soon ❤️ your renters , Marcos , Rene , Angel , and Patricia .
