The Willows at Kendall Brook

I helped my elderly brother and sister in law with the application process and I have to say it was as simple as it gets. Surprisingly, they were approved shortly after the first of the year. The whole process took less than 10 days from first tour to approval. Carmela Cardenas is all that and more. Very informative and helpful walking us through all of the steps. Very nice homes and great community. Just an easy and pleasant experience.

Best experience hands down. Beautiful community, great park with basketball court and pool. The ladies there were great felt like we knew them. Process quick and easy. Thank you guys really, holidays are gonna be lovely this year.

Outstanding Professionalism, Care & Support As an active duty service member, finding a place and contacting many different agencies that you hope and pray can truly understands the unique challenges of military life can be difficult—but The Willows at Kendal Brook exceeded every expectation. From day one, Carmila and Kelsey made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely welcoming. They have all the qualities you’d want in someone managing leases/properties the professionalism, responsiveness, empathy, and real commitment to helping residents feel at home is why I am now a resident of this community. The environment is peaceful, well-maintained, and truly feels like a home away from home. I'm deeply grateful for the exceptional care and would highly recommend The Willows to any fellow service members or their families looking for a reliable, compassionate community.

These houses were great. It housed my family and I for the duration of our stay in Texas. The construction of the place seemed a little rushed in my opinion. Maybe I am just a bit nit picky but there was a gap on the bottom of the back door which allowed bugs and critters to crawl it. We ended up taping it down temporarily to seal it off and to also keep the cold AC air in. The master bathroom door does not completely shut unless you force it. The city water system (SAWS) claims it that they don’t see excess chlorine in their meters but the waters do have a strong chlorine smell. We learned to disregard it over time. Holes stared to appear from the ceiling and the exterminator thinks it might be some type of bugs. These are just the few negatives I can think of. Otherwise, the place was great. Enormous spaces in each room, two car garage, front and back yard, driveway for at least two more cars, and most importantly the appliances are brand new and up to date. We couldn’t ask for more.
