More Med Center "luxury" crap. I toured here and this complex has GOT to be a joke. Carpets worn to heck, dirty gross baseboards, water damaged and beat up cabinets, and what even is the "gym"? It's a storage closet with random fitness adjacent items in it. Pool likes dingy and not maintained. There doesn't seem to be any benefits to renting here, what do you get for the money? Overpriced for what they advertise and the condition of the buildings.

Lived at the vintage for 4 months now and really appreciate the food trucks that come through often and all the assistance Nick has given me. Great community and great place to live. Can't say enough about how responsive Nick is and how helpful he is. 1 year later and I can say James the Maintenance Supervisor is amazing and they're always quick to fix any issue. The staff and support is what truly makes this a great place to live.

I would love to express my gratitude and appreciation for the office and maintenance staff. They’re wonderful in keeping everyone safe. The property has been great with hosting events and having food trucks for the complex. I’ve had a few friends compliment the vintage for being so secure and close to work, as well as walking distance to Starbucks, Panera and Canes. Happy to call The Vintage home.
