Been here 3 years kind of stuck so I can't move yet, but DO NOT move here. They have no maintenance. Not sure why.They're moving people in when they can't even maintain the property WE HAVE NO MAINTENANCE MAN! I've had to get a home warranty just to get things fixed around here. Even if it's an emergency such as A/C lol good luck! Theyll wait until one of your kids gets bronchitis from the high humidity, no air circulation, ( CONFIRMED BY 2 DOCTORS ) and the irritants in it. They have gone downhill since I've been here. Been through 4 managers because PROSPERA MANAGEMENT COMPANY isn't managing this property. Built in 2018 and they're letting it go to crap. Just be sure you document everything. Send them formal letters of non compliance and breach of contract and Texas Property Code Chapter 92. Sad you have to send them their own law. Also, notify Opportunity Home of this utter misfortune. You can always call the problem solvers too. Just warning the vulnerable who don't have any other options. P.S. Do your legal research incase of retaliation for a negative post. :) *** 01.27.26 WE STILL HAVE NO MAINTENANCE***

This place is horrible. The office is never open and everything is constantly breaking. Trash is everywhere and no one takes care of the property grounds. I live here and absolutely hate it. Can’t wait til my lease is over

Just moved in here this month with my wife and three kids. This is a great location, the apartments are clean, high quality. The community has been very welcoming and friendly. They are located close to a major shopping area, Alamo Ranch. The local public schools are Knowlton, Zachary and Taft. It is also just next to the IDEA public school for reference. We are very happy to live here!

The property is beautiful & well maintained. The front office staff is very understanding and always makes time, I have had to come many days during lunch and she’s worked with no complaints or attitude. Anytime I have an issue I can email & get a reply within a couple of minutes and sometimes hours. She remembers all members by face & apartment number which is something I’m not used to. I absolutely love it here for my daughter & I.

My friend (Pauline) just moved here at the beginning of the month and has nothing but good things to say about the complex and staff she loves it & I wouldn't blame her they are beautiful and affordable. I would not underestimate these apartments for the bad reviews they just opened in June. I contacted the apartments myself and was advised at the moment they have fully occupied the complex. They advised I had to be put on a waiting list due to high volume. The staff was very nice when I called never did I get a bad vibe or rude response from them all they could do was answer truthfully and I respect that. I am happy my friend had the opportunity to move in here, hopefully next year I may have a chance myself?
