I’ve truly enjoyed living at St. Johns. The energy in the office is always great—from the leasing team to the assistant, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and professional. Anytime I’ve needed help, especially with small maintenance issues in my apartment, the response has been quick and handled with urgency, which I really appreciate. It’s been a positive experience overall, and I definitely recommend St. Johns. to anyone looking for a place that feels supportive and well-managed.

I love the complex, except I wish they kept up with the cleanliness of the historical buildings. The floor plans are great and spacious. Allie is super nice and helpful! Destiny always seems like I'm bothering whenever I ask a question.

Charlotte is an amazing property manager. Her and her team have always been very helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful, right next to multiple parks and green areas in the heart of the city. 10/10, highly recommended !
