The Residences at Landon Ridge

We just signed a lease today for my daughter at The Residences of Landen Ridge, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Nichole was absolutely fantastic! She immediately understood my urgency to get everything completed before I leave for vacation and went above and beyond to expedite the entire process. Thanks to her, my daughter’s lease was fully finished in time. Nichole answered every single question we had with patience and kindness, turning what could have easily been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive one. She made us both feel taken care of and confident in our decision. If you’re looking for a great apartment community with truly caring staff, look no further. Highly recommend The Residences of Landen Ridge — and ask for Nichole! The apartments are beautiful too!!! Thank you again!

Beautiful community with an amazing pool and clubhouse ! The girls in the office were super helpful and gave perfect instructions on how to apply. The units were clean and smelled amazing. I felt at home at this community.

⭐️ Updating my review because the situation somehow got even worse after management publicly responded telling me to “reach out” so they could help resolve my concerns. I did exactly that MULTIPLE times through email and received little to no response and absolutely no resolution. To this day, I was never given back my pet deposit/fees, and I was never provided a full itemized ledger showing how these charges were applied. What makes this even more concerning is that these charges were NEVER clearly reflected on my final account ledger in the first place. I repeatedly asked for clarification and documentation and was ignored. It’s extremely frustrating to have management act responsive publicly while privately refusing to communicate or provide basic accounting records. If you plan on living here, keep detailed records of everything because getting straightforward answers after move-out has been nearly impossible. 1️⃣ I would not recommend The Residences at Landon Ridge. When I moved in, I paid a $400 pet deposit/fee for my dog. A few months later, I submitted a valid ESA (emotional support animal) letter, which they accepted. Under the Fair Housing Act, ESAs are not pets, which means pet deposits and pet fees are not allowed. Instead of refunding me the full $400, management gave back part of it, then reversed a portion, leaving me with only $200. I was also told conflicting stories — first that I would receive the rest, then that their “attorney” said no. When I asked for written proof of this decision, they refused to provide it. I’ve been waiting for weeks, made multiple visits, and still haven’t received what I’m legally owed. I was even told that if I pushed the issue, they could take back what little was refunded to me — which feels retaliatory and unprofessional. If you are considering moving here, be aware of how they handle residents with housing rights under federal law. Communication is poor, management is inconsistent, and I wasn’t considering escalating this to HUD to get basic compliance but I DEFINITELY am now. RIDICULOUS COMPANY.
