Terrible management and even worse front office staff. The leasing office has been consistently unprofessional and dismissive, and at times openly hostile for no clear reason. Interactions often felt personal rather than professional or based off policies. I was repeatedly given trouble over my very well cared for cat, including being accused of neglect simply because I am a student and not home 24/7. At one point, a front office staff member even threatened to charge me for exaggerated “damage” to the apartment. Normal pet behavior, like the occasional hair ball, does not damage plastic flooring, and treating it as is unreasonable. Sometimes the management portals doesn't work. My apartment had roaches that was not addressed after I complained. Also, the property has interfered with my mail, which is extremely serious and completely unacceptable for any professionally managed complex. I would think carefully before choosing to move in here. Their lease is difficult to get out of if you do want to leave early, the only way is through reletting.

The place is cool and all but the mailing system is absolutely inconvenient and inconsiderate of the people who live here. Of the three packages I've received since living here had to wait at least 2 days after they arrive before i can even get them. I pay extra for faster shipping and its all for nothing. Especially on the weekends. The complex needs to realize people have lives past 5 and 6pm and not being able to access mail 24/7 is just counter intuitive.

horrible, lived here for 2 years and at least 3 times a year police show up for some type of shooting. overcharges are real here, prepared to attempt to get scammed. after 2 years i moved out, me and all my roommates cleaned our rooms and bought our own products and cleaned everything. just to then find out apparently this place is trying to charge me 934 in damages and the pictures sent are repeated and horrible no context pictures. this place sucks and they will try and overcharge and take from you. the gate also gets broken like 10 times a year. they don’t respond to emails at all, i’ve emailed them several times about my damages claim but not a sound.

Let me start off by saying that the staff is very friendly and I have never had a problem with the service. But with everything else, when I went on a tour here last May they said that the pool and hot tub will be clean by the summer. I moved in and the pool and hot tub was still the same. 9 months later the hot tub is still green and filthy. Sometimes I go to my friend's hot tub at the Villas and theirs is well maintained and very nice. Another important thing to mention is the towing problem because of the lack of visitor parking spaces. I have had friends come over and sleep just to wake up and their car is halfway across San Antonio. When I moved in the apartment was not well clean. Also, they came to fix my washing machine, and while they did fix it they broke the dryer in the process. Therefore, causing my roommates and I to have to spend money at the laundromat. I did put my maintenance order in over a week ago and haven't received anything. Great pricing for students but overall bad experience.

I really wish they had better reviews because I like it here. The place itself is nice it’s gated there’s a pool (that is always closed) and fitness center (with only a treadmill and punching bag), parking isn’t too bad. Working with the front staff , miscommunications and fixing issues are what make me give them a 1 star. There is a high turn over rate of employees so tenets have to probably explain things over and over. If you take over a lease for someone the front office WILL NOT clean out the unit for you. Honestly they won’t even check the room before your move in. In my case they did not have my mail box key right away, when they did it was the wrong cut. Took a few months to get my mail box key. Then to find out that the mailboxes get broke into quite often so now I can’t send mail or packages to my own place. There seems to be little to no effort done in the security of the mailboxes or fixing them (because someone would just break in again. Pictures below of mailbox and pool: If you do get packages they must be in your name, you cannot pick up for your roommates and you HAVE to show ID. Staff is not consistent with this policy nor is there proper communication or email to tenants of policies.
