I've been here for 3 years and love these apartments! The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Art. There is always parking and the price is very fair.

AFTER BEING HERE OVER 3 YEARS OF COURSE EVERY PLACE HAS ITS UP AND DOWNS RIGHT WHEN YOU LEAVE A PLACE YOU LEAVE A PLACE OF YOURSELF AND YOU TAKE SOMETHING WITH YOU SO HOPEFULLY I LOVE SOMETHING GOOD SOME GOOD MEMORIES AND I'VE TAKEN WITH ME SOME GOOD MEMORIES I MET SOME GOOD PEOPLE AND I MET SOME FAKE PEOPLE I MET SOME REAL PEOPLE AND I MET SOME BAD PEOPLE SO IT IS WHAT IT IS RIGHT THEIR APARTMENTS WHAT DO YOU EXPECT IT'S NOTHING LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN HOME BUT THESE APARTMENTS LET ME TELL YOU FROM MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT TO ALL THE WAY DOWN THE LINE THE STRUCTURE THAT THEY HAVE THE PEOPLE THAT THEY'VE HAD HAVE ALL BEEN GOOD PEOPLE I CAN'T SPEAK FOR ALL THE PEOPLE HERE IN THE APARTMENTS CUZ THERE'S DIFFERENT ATTITUDES AND EVERY APARTMENT BUT AS FAR AS MANAGEMENT AND STUFF LIKE THAT IT'S GOOD THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE JUST GOT TO TAKE CARE OF THEM THE PEOPLE ARE GENEROUS THERE'S A LOT OF HELPING PEOPLE THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO REACH OUT AND SUPPORT YOU IN ANY WAY THAT THEY CAN THEY HELP YOU BEST APARTMENTS WE HAVE EVER LIVED IN AND WE ARE GRATEFUL WE THANK GOD TO ALLOW US TO HAVE A LITTLE OVER 3 YEARS HERE AND BLESSED US WITH SUCH GOOD PEOPLE SO TO ALL OUR FRIENDS THAT WE MET THROUGH THESE YEARS MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND BE WITH YOU ALWAYS HOLD ON 💯🙏🕊️🕊️🕊️♥️

Art was the best, He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, What I appreciate most is his clear communication and genuine attitude—he makes the whole process stress-free.

Although I was ultimately unable to lease at Nightingale due to the lack of available first-floor units that meet my specific needs, I want to sincerely thank Manager Art Yanez for going above and beyond in trying to help me find a solution. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and care of the entire team. They truly make you feel at home. The community itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained grounds, and top-notch amenities. There’s a real sense of pride and hospitality that shines through. What an amazing community they’ve built here. I highly recommend the Nightingale to anyone searching for a welcoming and professionally managed place to live.

The apartment complex is well- maintained, with clean common areas, timely repairs, and a noticeable effort to keep the property in top shape. The manager Art Yanez is consistently professional, approachable, and attentive to residents needs.
