The team with Craigmont and the Native Apartments were fantastic! Lived here for a year and had no issues and they were very responsive with service requests. Highly recommend renting with them especially as a pet owner looking for a comfortable home close to Downtown San Antonio. Only ending my lease because my financial situation has changed but if I could have stayed I absolutely would have. I even have a close friend who moved here and loves it too! I have toured their other properties and they all look very clean and safe. Best apartment management I’ve ever had!

Moved into these cute apartments while working away from home in Australia for a year. Overall it's been a pleasant experience and I'd even stay longer if my work contract wasn't up.

I have been living at The Native for a few months now and I have to say, it's been a great experience. The community is tight-knit and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities to socialize with my neighbors. There very pet friendly which is a huge plus for me! The units are well-maintained and comfortable. The property manager is friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any issues I have.

It's not bad. It's very pet friendly which is the biggest selling point for me. Certainly I can do without the homeless constantly roaming around but that's everywhere downtown. It is gated which I appreciate. The price is a little much for what you're getting but I don't pay pet deposits or pet fees so that alone is worth more than anything else. I will add that the new management is doing a lot of work to improve the quality of life so that's always nice. All in all I'd recommend this place to pet owners but for anyone else there are better places.

Have been living here for about 4 months (out of 7 month lease). The leasing manager, Erin, was very helpful when we were initially touring different apartments. They were great over the phone and responsive with setting up a time to tour, which was very helpful since we were moving from out of state. They took the time to drive around with us to all the sister locations, and even met with us on different days when we wanted to check out this location. Great flexibility with leasing contract- one of the few apartment complexes that were willing to sign a short term lease without outrageously up-charging us. Small and quiet complex. Freshly updated landscaping with outdoor lights, so it's a pretty little courtyard. Maintenance can be a little slow but Danny, specifically, is very friendly and will make sure everything is done well. Laundry room was freshly painted and redone, haven't had trouble with is being overtly busy since there's only maybe 20 units in this complex. The complex is gated and there is plenty of parking with security cameras. It's an older building with some charm. Our unit has a surprising amount of windows and we get great light with a view of downtown. For the location being across the street from The Pearl, along Broadway and just a 5 minute drive to downtown, this was by far the best price and option in the area!
