The Mosaic on Broadway

Mosaic on Broadway is a great place to live at. My wife and I have extended our lease here already. The front staff is very friendly and approachable to any question or concerns we may have. The maintenance staff gets our requests very quickly and is good about making sure our little dog doesn't run out when they come to service the apartment. Everyone is kind, caring and a pleasure to talk to. The apartment is in a great location, just a block away from the Pearl. My wife, fluffy boy and I go for evening walks to the Pearl, the key pad combination doors make it easy to come and go without concern of someone else coming in, as well as does the fob locked elevator to go upstairs. All and all a great place to live!

Honestly, I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are clean, the property is well maintained, and the staff in the office are helpful and kind (James and Donna)! Maintenance is fast, responsive, and friendly, and the building feels safe and well managed. The location is super convenient, especially for commuting, and overall it just feels like a comfortable place to come home to after long days. Would definitely recommend living here.

I am in my second year at the Mosaic on Broadway and it has been my favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in. The building is very secure and quiet. The rental staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick and professional. The pool is very nice and there are two grills that both get to 500 degrees, so one has always been available when I’ve gone to grill. It is in a great part of San Antonio, where you are walking distance from the pearl, but also there is less traffic around the building than some of the other buildings on Broadway, so during holidays it is not as hectic trying to get somewhere in your car. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality apartment in the downtown area!

When we were deciding to choose the Mosaic on Broadway, we weren't sure we would be able to afford it. Luxury apartment in downtown San Antonio? Right next to the Pearl? It seemed too good to be true. However, the leasing agent, James, was very professional and informative, the amenities are wonderful, and the everyone on staff is very polite and courteous. The building and surroundings is kept clean and service is one of a kind. It is a safe community and we love it here! Just renewed our lease for year two! Definitely worth your time to check it out!

I’ve lived here for ~5 years and have really enjoyed it. The staff make the experience, they are all wonderful and great at their jobs. All maintenance requests are addressed pretty much the day you submit. Front office staff always replies promptly and with full detail. The team is also great about preemptively notifying us of anything relevant that might be happening on the property. The units are also thoughtfully built and great to live in for a competitive price. You get all the benefits of living at the pearl without dealing with pedestrian traffic. Guest parking has been somewhat challenging with the Pearl shift to the pay for parking model and the success of the newer restaurant but the staff does their best to make sure residents and their guests are taken care of. Anyways all this to say The Mosaic is great and love The Mosaic Team!!
