We’ve been here for almost a month and are very happy! Tameka was our leasing agent and was absolutely fantastic and so kind. She made the whole process easy and comfortable. The community is quiet, people seem nice, and the amenities are upgraded. I def recommend living here.

My husband and I have lived on this property for 3 years now and have absolutely loved it. The main reason…. The Maintenance!. Honestly there is no better place for this 1 reason!. These guys know what they’re doing and keep on top of it! We are now moving to a sister property only because the renewal rate that was given to us for our current apartment was the same rate. Looking around e decided we can go elsewhere and have the same for $400 less. The rental market is down right now so, got to go where the savings are. I loved this place though. Beautiful property! Very safe and family oriented! Always felt like home. The only complaint I would have is the turn over rate in the office. I am going to a property that has personnel in the office that has been there for 15 years, this tells me a lot. If you can keep them happy then without a doubt you will keep your tenants happy. But I would always come back to The Lodge without hesitancy. I will miss it! Jamie & Jesse

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Kyran and Mario. Kyran is an outstanding apartment manager—professional, approachable, and always willing to help. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the process has been easy and stress-free. Mario in maintenance is equally amazing. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure issues are handled quickly and done right. Together, they make living here a really positive experience. It’s clear they both take pride in their work, and it definitely shows.

Living here has honestly been such a great experience. From day one, the management team has been warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something taken care of, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained — you can tell they put effort into keeping everything looking nice. I really appreciate that safety is a priority here too; I always feel comfortable coming home, even late at night. Maintenance deserves a shout-out as well. Every request I’ve submitted was handled faster than I expected, and the staff is always respectful and courteous when they come by. Overall, I’m very happy living here. It’s rare to find an apartment community where the staff truly cares about residents, communicates well, and keeps everything running smoothly. I’m grateful to call this place home!

***Update 2/6/25*** **Update 7/28/25** Building 9 always has issues. My bathroom ceiling was gutted out twice due to the air conditioning unit leaking water from the ceiling in the bathroom and coming out my vents in the bedroom. So, you know this means having my a/c off for more than 5 days in the month of June and July. Now I will say they gave us a portable a/c, but that cannot stand against Texas' heat! #NewUnit Now let's talk about me going to court for $170 because I was told to pay a specific amount for my rent( because your rent is never the same amount each month), then got the money order with a signed receipt from the office...just for the assistant manager to call me 3 days later and say I need to pay court fees because office staff didn't back date my payment and never told her I paid my rent, so she filed eviction papers. I then said, so why are you trying to make me responsible for an error on your staff's behalf? No one had an answer for that! If I could give a zero star I would. I pay my rent on time and today I went to the office to see why my rent money wasn't taken out of my account, but received a returned check automatic email. I contacted my bank and they stated no ACH for the complex was submitted to my bank (even seeing past rent payments coming from the same account). The manager Kyron asked to see my bank statements as if I was lying about the money being in my acct from direct deposits. After showing him, it clearly shows more in my bank than the rent amount., but still proceeded to tell me I have to pay late fees, return check fee, which added more to the amount of my original rent, ($149.44) more to be exact. This complex doesn't care about what's right they just look for people to pay fees after fees even when it is the complex fault. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE UNLESS YOU CAN PAY 6MONTHS AT A TIME. This complex charges for WATER, SEWER, TRASH, PEST CONTROL, MAIL BOXES, STORM WATER, BILLING FEE (to provided you rent amount), ALL THESE FEES ARE MONTHLY AND ARE IN ADDITION TO YOUR RENT AMOUNT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO MOVE! 10 OUT OF 10, DONT RECOMMENDED!! In the beginning I was super excited to move here and just thanking God for providing a roof over me and my son's head, but after moving here in June it has been one thing after another. During my walkthrough as a new tenant there was a problem with the thermostat and there was an order put in for a new one, but I never got it and now it's September. Gratefully the air started working okay on its own, but still has glitches here and there. My car was stolen a month after moving in, on the same day I got a reserved parking (paid for parking spot). They do not keep the gates closed and they are left open throughout the day and night, then when I emailed them about my car no one replied. They leave unoccupied birds' nest on the outside water sprinklers and when you request to have them removed because it's hazardous they say they will take care of it, but don't. If your rent is late they will double charge you on the second week. They will ignore emails when there is a complaint about something, but will email you quickly when it comes to money. Some of the staff are very nice, but most have a brush-off attitude purposely. There are residents who consistently feed stray animals, which leaves feces and food directly in the walkways regardless of the health concerns of either children, healthy pets, or adults, but management won't do anything about it neither and/or even call animal control to remove the strays. Before my car was stolen there was always an issue with parking and you honestly have to pay for a parking spot or play lottery pick with the few (about 10 spots) available for everyone. Management can do a better job with ensuring the safety of their residents as we look to trust them for responding instead of the cold shoulder at times. Hopefully my experience gets better throughout the rest of my lease, if not I will have to find something better because my peace of mind is more important.
