The Legend

I’ve had a great experience living at The Legend Apartments. The property is very well maintained, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and comfortable. One thing that really stands out is how quickly the maintenance team responds whenever an issue comes up—they’re fast, professional, and always helpful. The community is also very clean and pest-free, which makes it an enjoyable place to live. The front office does an excellent job communicating with residents, keeping everyone informed about community activities, payment options, and updates that support the well-being of the neighborhood. As an added bonus, residents get to enjoy delicious, free Starbucks coffee, which is a nice touch and a great perk. Overall, The Legend Apartments provides a welcoming, well-managed community that truly feels like home.

Due to situations I needed a place close to my work. I'm only 1 mile away and on nice days it's a nice walk, which gives me a little cardio. Although I would really like to have a 2nd bedroom for my kids and out of town guest, my budget does not allow at this time. The convenience of the washer and dryer included with the apartment is definitely a plus. I dread having to go to the laundry room. The trash pick up is a nice perk also.

The Legend is a wonderful complex, offering a quiet community atmosphere, a helpful leasing staff, and a variety of monthly activities in the commons area. I would definitely be renewing. Don’t hesitate to make this great place your home!

If you stay downstairs just know you will never get peace or sleep. The walls are paper thin. Never getting sleep really messes with your quality of life. Apartment managers really don't resolve anything about the neighbors stomping, weights being dropped on the floor NOTHING. the gate is forever broken. Genuinely can't wait to move out. To be specific if you live under this aprtment number you will never rest and please ask question do not let them sweep this under the rug cause we moved in these apartments in August and we're already breaking our lease to leave because at no time of the day you will ever get rest !!!! Such a horrible experience living here. No matter how many times I report they still do NOTHING !!!!

I visited for information on 2 bedroom apartments, I was welcomed in by Mervin who was super friendly and passionate about the property. He gave me a tour of the property and the 2BR which he explained were recently renovated which are very nice! I’ve been shopping around and Mervin was by far the friendliest agent that I’ve come across. He provided me all options and made me feel confident that this will be my next apartment which is in a few months as my plans have shifted. he’s also great at checking in and letting me know current promotions. Mervin is an asset to this complex. Thanks! -Robert
