Great Support by Ms. Tanisha (Tee) from starting the process while overseas to the final acceptance. She provided excellent customer service guiding me thru the process, which I had several issues, esp with the ID section. During the acceptance, she went into great detail to explain my responsibilities and the Hollows duties. Complete understanding! She explained the detailed Welcome Package, which is very helpful. All in all, a Great Experience and will tell my friends.

I like the spot I have, it’s good to have a close on ramp to 410 to connect me with the city. I keep my apartment clean and sanitary, having said that, I need to plug the drains in the sink and the bathtub because every single day I’ve lived here, I see at least 1 roach a day, and I kill it. I’m not exaggerating that statement. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m living above someone who has terrible cleaning habits or what it is. It’s very upsetting.

I've lived here 12 years. This was, has been my home, my sanctuary. I've read through the reviews. Yes, I have had many, many A/C problems over the years. I even begged them 5 years ago for a new unit, at the time that was a no. The mailroom is constantly being broken into & mail stolen. I've had packages & credit cards stolen as well as regular mail. I've begged them (even wrote a letter to the office about it) to do a better job protecting our mail. According to them, they are doing all they can & there's nothing more they can do about it. (Really? How about cameras, a new access code, make it a keyed entry...there's 3 good options just off the top of my head) I now check my mail every single day when I get home. Maintenance men here have always been nice & cordial. In most cases, my maintenance requests have been completed rather timely. The comments about office staff turnover is true, they rotate through there like changing dirty socks. The comments about the rocks are correct. They replaced like 95% of the grassy areas they had with these ankle turning rocks. I hate it & it looks ugly! The pest infestation had not been my experience, however, for the last 6 months it has been a HUGE problem. I took things off the kitchen floor & the floor of my pantry & treated for the roaches. 1 hour later, I go look in the pantry on the floor & see no roaches. Then I turned my head & looked up...ugh! The ceiling of the pantry was black with roaches, there were no white areas left visible. We cleared the kitchen completely, cupboards bare, & treated the kitchen with a spray. 1 week later, there was still no improvement, no fewer roach sightings. Had apartment pest control come in with kitchen bare & all he did was spray along 1 baseboard. 1 month ago, we cleared the kitchen again & bombed (fogged) the place. We put 2 completely in the kitchen, 1 between bath & bed & 1 dining area, directly beside the kitchen. 1 week after bombing, I was still seeing roaches & over the past 2 weeks, they have multiplied, AGAIN! My lease is due in January. I had intentions of being here another 3 - 5 years. I got a notice on my door yesterday that they have decided not to renew my lease & I have until 1/12/2026 to GTFO. I asked for a reason for not renewing after 12 years of residence & was told those are randomly computer generated & there doesn't have to be a reason given, they are exercising their option not to renew. Ispoke with apartment manger today & she didn't even offer me to go to her office & sour down to chat. She stood in common area with this condescending look on her face & fed me the same b/s her office minion gave me 2 days prior. My lawyer offered to call & talk to them, but after the way i was treated today after being a long time resident ill be happy to wash my hands of the place. So you can take this review with a grain of salt as sour grapes for not getting a renewal offer, but I think that's a pretty crappy way to treat a long time tenant, who in 12 years was late only 1 time on her rent, who has never had the cops called to her apartment, & who has never been any trouble to her neighbors.

Tanisha was so very kind and warm welcoming, she helped explained everything very clear and straight to the point she even answered all our questions that we had. She really helped me and my mother find a place here and we absolutely love it, Tanisha is beyond great customer service she is incredible at she does, thank you so much for helping us!! If anyone ever wants a preson that gets straight to the point and is understanding and welcoming and knows exactly what they are doing! Tanisha is your woman to go to!!! ❤️

I went with my son and his girlfriend to view these apartments. Office staff was very kind and professional. Provided all information needed and answered all questions asked. Model apartment was spacious. Apartment rates are affordable. Great location right near 410.
