The Granite at Tuscany Hills

"I lived here for a couple of years, and let me tell you, it really went downhill. If you care about getting your mail, don't live here. The mailboxes are constantly broken into, and when I asked management, Robert in the office gave every excuse under the sun. I gave him suggestions on how to curb the theft, and his reply was 'just get a PO box, people are just going to steal it anyway.' There are absolutely no security measures. Water also leaked down from the ceiling in my bathroom, and the ceiling was never replaced, leaving mold. Our upstairs neighbor actually had their roof collapse on them, and I even woke up in the middle of the night getting rained on from my ceiling fan. Which was never checked on, by the way. Because of the water damage, the resulting mold made my asthma unbearable. To top it off, when we moved out, trash was placed into the apartment after the fact, and they tried to bill us as if we left it. Luckily, I took a video to prove it wasn't there. I will say, maintenance crew is awesome shout-out to Robert. Denise also was very friendly and cool.

I have lived here for several years and the entire staff is amazing. My patio overlooks the yard of the review below and his fence has holes in it and looks like he is just trying to harass the property. Would highly recommend Granite at Tuscany Hills!

I have live at The Granite at Tuscany Hills for several years now and the staff has always been helpful and quick with work orders. I plan to stay here for a very long time. Sandra, Robert and Denise are always willing to let me sit in the office and discuss any issues without feeling rushed out the door and I’m so grateful to them.

The maintenance staff at this place is awesome. My elderly aunt lives here and she is always raving about James in maintenance and how quickly he goes to fix any repair she needs.

During my pregnancy the ceiling fell in on top of me and my husband while we were sleeping due to a roof leak and after confronting the office about it several times they said the only thing they could do for compensation was to let us break lease. The manager was very rude when talking about it, constantly yelling and saying he couldn't discount our rent even when there was a hole in our ceiling and mold growing in the room. A decent place to live for cheap until you get smacked in the head by a chunk of wet drywall in the middle of the night and yelled at for wanting a cut on rent
