6/17/2026 Cut the branch down within a couple of hours. Very good response by lawn care company. 5/20/2026 Shower’s hot water was at a trickle. Took about a week and it is working slightly better. The faucet needs to be replaced, but I guess they will not do that. Left a mess in the bathroom. 4/17/2026: I bought a handheld shower head that I needed installed. Maintenance came the next morning and installed it in about 5 mins. It’s working well. Did an excellent job! Thanks! I needed a new faucet, which was installed, but there was no sprayer. Therefore, he had to remove my old sprayer. I’m disappointed I don’t have a sprayer now. Also the air conditioner was fixed because it’s been dripping water since last year. It took them a couple of days but it seem to be fixed. So far, no leaks, but I still have the bucket under it in case it starts to leak again. I will remove the bucket in a few days as long as it stays dry. Just the start of extermination for roach infestation. I was happy to learn that I will have weekly spraying until the roaches are gone! Also brought the necessary drain covers today. That’s just the start of my VERY VERY long list of requested repairs! Was told by exterminator that he WILL NOT spray every week, which is very disappointing! Refrigerator doors have been changed and thermostat replaced. Still have items on list to repair and replace. Roaches are still here! The exterminator only has come once! I need him here every week until these roaches are gone! Everything else in repairs have been addressed. I NEED THE ROACHES GONE!!!! It’s so frustrating! Air conditioning leak not resolved yet. Hopefully next week. In the meantime, I have a bucket catching the water. Maintenance told me they don’t make the water leak pan for a/c anymore and he may have to just try to repair it. It’s unseasonably hot and in order to run the a/c, I have to live with a bucket under the leak to catch the drips. I know I am new to my lease, but with all the issues this apt and the complex has, I will not be renewing and will be posting negative reviews. By the way, I STILL HAVE ROACHES AND WILL HAVE TO NOW HIRE MY OWN EXTERMINATOR AT MY OWN EXPENSE!!

I have always loved my unit, these are older apartments, but spacious. I also like having such a large, enclosed patio area. The management is nice and maintenance very responsive. There are improvements needed, however. The buildings are all white in color and very drab looking from the outside. This community could be gorgeous with the right paint, perhaps paint the buildings in different colors? Also, there is a small amount of graffiti on our mailbox that’s been there for a while. It needs to be painted over…otherwise it looks ghetto over here. Finally, the landscaping in front of some buildings, not all, needs sprucing up. All in all, it’s a great place, just needs a little work. Edit: I also love how diverse the community is and the Afghani children running around playing brings joy to the neighborhood, they are adorable! It’s sad to see the comments about them as I only see them playing and not making trouble.

I moved to this complex in April 2026, and since then I have been having ongoing problems with the AC. I still have no proper air conditioning or cooling in my bedroom. I brought this issue to the attention of Dean, Karina, and Sonia multiple times, but unfortunately the problem has still not been resolved. I am very disappointed with the management and maintenance service at this complex. Because of this experience, I will not be renewing my lease. Friends, please think carefully before moving to this complex, and be prepared for ongoing maintenance issues and poor management response.
