Been living here for about 5 years. This current manager Michael has helped my wife and I so much in such a short time due to certain issues we were having over the last few years. He was able to move us into a first floor apartment with no issues and keeping an open communication until the process was over. Very efficient and made it convenient for us to move. Best manager by far, and greatly appreciate him.

Sharing my experience with living here. My experience has been amazing, probably the most accommodating complex I have lived at. The property itself self is clean, I always see maintenance out cleaning the property, my apartment was move in ready, it came with a washer/ dryer, a life saver. I’ve had some minor things need fixed, maintenance has been on top of it all, everything gets done in a timely manner. I have worked with Michael from the beginning, he is amazing at his job, i needed to move asap and he worked with me, with my move in date to my deposit. I love living here, like I said the property is kept clean, it’s quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, the gates work and can be open with an app. If you have kids and are a single parent, like the quiet, this is a great place to live. Super convenient location as well. I’ve lived in different apartments complex’s here in San Antonio and this is by far the best place I have lived at. Highly recommend and management is amazing.

Not that it is so much Cue's fault but be warned, our internet went out (Google Fiber) Thursday afternoon and it's Sat morning now and it's still out. This is with promises that it would be fixed by Friday. Cue recommended Google Fiber but other satellite/internet services are used by other residents. Fine, but when they are doing installation, caution needs to be taken. G F says that probably a Fiber was nicked and caused the disruption. My entire Friday was wasted on this situation with no progress! Cue might try to regulate some of these installations to avoid these situations. Even more unfortunate, the day after we pay rent, this disruption happens and no internet yet. So residents, be aware whenever you see companies messing around the buildings!

TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS BEWARE— I’m a travel RN and put my faith into this place and signed a 3 month lease for a furnished, short term stay. Long story short, it doesn’t accommodate and it’s beyond uncomfortable. And I have stayed MANY places over my travel career. Management acknowledges the issues and offered $150 for move in inconvenience, but I should have just left instead of trying to stay and work it out with them for a petty $150. There’s no toiletries, hand soaps, paper products or cleaning supplies so be sure to bring your own. The vacuum is a tiny handheld vacuum so bring your own vacuum as well. Things listed as included didn’t arrive until 3 weeks after I was staying there (dishes, ironing board, iron, ect). The place was dirty with spider webs in the kitchen, cockroaches in various places in the apartment upon arrival. The couch is SO tiny and uncomfortable. Multiple water leaks that took weeks to resolve. Flooding of the bedroom (which they never came to clean the carpet after fyi). Bathroom shower would not contain water. I asked for regional management to reach out on concern for unmet expectations as advertised and told that would not happen. I reached out to Arbor Properties (their new property management) and my call was never returned. I thought (based on reviews) that the new management would be a good change, but all in all, it’s the worst apartment/short term stay I’ve ever chosen and this review is pretty nice and without all details of what happened during my stay. Just don’t.
