I would say only move here if you're desperate for a roof over your head but according to another review, the roof will have holes. Took 3 managers and 7 months to finally fix *most* of the things wrong with the apartment. 3rd manager Brenda (and current one for now) came in at the end of September and still took her until December to finally get around to sending someone to fix the toilet thats been out of service since moving in in May. This 3rd manager never calls back, never responds to emails and never acknowledges maintenance requests unless you go into the office in person. Our heater just went down on the 16th, a maintenance request was put in and we've been too busy to go in person until today where we get told that the weather "probably wasnt that cold enough" for them to fix right then and there. Weather and temperature history exists and coldest temperature outside was 43° on the 16th, temperature went up for a bit to the 60 and back down to 42° on the 19th. On the app for the thermostat you can see everytime the poor heater strugged to get up to above 65° and thats when we had the temperatureset to heat to 75°. After constantly going to the office the heater got fixed. There has always been a leak in the shower in hallway bathroom. Everytime a service requests gets put it it'll get closed out without anyone doing anything about it just that they're "waiting for the parts to come in" and close out the service request. The 3rd service request for the same just got closed out again. Foresight Asset Management is the management company for this complex, you should see their reviews. Apparently theres been an issue with them not paying their vendors. Might be why they cant be bothered to get a plumber cause no one wants to work for them if they aren't going to get paid.

*Just an update to the review after half a year the toilet is fixed new property manager however is something else ive been needing the heater fixed been waiting for 13 days I go into the front office to pick up my package and inform her that ive been waiting for 13 days to get my heater fixed and the legit response this women gave me "WeLl It PrObAbLy WaSnT cOlD 13 DaYs AgO ThAtS WhY wE DiDeT FiX iT" so I guess im gonna need to add a space heater to my amazon cart and solve my own problems until they deem it cold enough to fix my thermostat ill expect it to be fixed in the summer at this rate. For the price you get what you pay for. Management changes constantly and ive been waiting for a new toilet since I moved in in may its now October that being said for the price its a good place to go to work and come back and sleep get a security system and a ring camera and hope nothing breaks cause maintenance is slow (*see aforementioned still unresolved toilet issue) take pest management into your own hands cause there's alot of pests as is to be expected. (Roaches and mice mostly) forgot to mention the many leaks and water damage risk but alas its cheap.

They are always changing managers and it takes they forever to come and fix things. Something they said they went to fix something but it wasn't never done. So when I go asked them about or do another service request they look at you like what are you talking it was done already. So you have to take pictures or videos to go show them and they still don't believe you that it didn't get fix

I have been living here for a 6 months and absolutely love my apartment. I had lost my job and Mary was so understanding and helpful. She's a genuine caring person. The maintenance man always responds quickly to my work orders. I love living here! IF YOU NEED AN APARTMENT ASK FOR MARY.

We moved in about a month and a half ago and so far so good! The staff is wonderful and a huge part of why I compromised on some of my non-negotiables when looking for our apartment. I really wanted a patio/balcony and w/d connections. This place has neither. But it's a very clean/large unit and affordable to top. The maintenance is very responsive and efficient and it's just one guy! He manages to get so much done I'm very impressed! The pool is clean 9 times out of 10 and open much sooner than most area pools. So here we go- Pros: Affordable Convenient location Friendly staff Good maintenance Clean pool Very close community laundry room Large remodeled unit Cons- Cigarette butts/small drug baggies galore (this is my main gripe as I have a young child) The laundry room is in need of repair and remodeling (they're currently remodeling a whole building right now so it makes sense this isn't done yet.) The ceiling really does creak a lot from the upstairs residents moving around. And it can be annoying. We just sleep with a fan on. The area is very busy and noisy being right next to highway. You hear sirens and cars throughout the day. Depending on who you are this could be a good thing! 🤷♀️ After having moved in and been here a month I feel the pros outweigh the cons. I can see myself living here for quite a while comfortably. I'll update this at the end of my final lease!
