Positive review for the maintenance guys đź’Ş our stove went out and Henry ordered us a new one immediately. Within 24 hours Adrian & Junior showed with a new stove, removed the old one all without waking my sleeping baby and preventing dinner plans from being spoiled. Thanks a lot gentlemen, you rock!

The Brackenridge is a lovely apartment complex and the staff is wonderful!! Martha along with Henry (maintenance) go above and beyond to help the residents with whatever they need help with and are amazing!! Henry has helped with many maintenance issues we’ve had and has referred us if we needed other forms of assistance while Martha was very kind in assisting with the apartment process!! Staff quality is top tier service!!

I love living here! Truly the best apartment experience I've ever had. The office staff is incredibly helpful and polite and the maintenance crew is top notch. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained- they are constantly cleaning the grounds and taking care of the pool so that everything feels clean and brand new every time. For being a somewhat larger complex, it's also very quiet. And the location! You can't beat it. I highly recommend.

Brackenridge is one of, if not the most beautiful apartment complexes around with the best customer service and management you can find. Susan and Christopher were extremely helpful and welcoming. The pool is amazing and with a very cozy patio to grill out and enjoy summer. I can’t think of a single detractor add. One tour here and you won’t look anywhere else.
