The Atlee

A very friendly maintenance & management team. The offices' open communication assures I receive & I can provide pertinent information throughout the year & as needed, which is very helpful since I'm in a wheelchair. The maintenance team has addressed all the service repairs I have had and I'm very satisfied with their response time on all issues. The complex could use a few refinements here and there for wheelchair users, but all in all, I am very content here and have been since June 2020.

I have been living at The Atlee for the past few years and I would highly reccommend living here as a student or adult! The Atlee team has made some good improvements to the aparments since I started living here. Reasons why I find The Atlee attractive as a resident include: - pretty affordable for two or more roomates considering its close to downtown (10-15 min drive) - the maintanence team is very responsive to any issues with the apartment and its easy to call or send them a message online - modern-looking apartments that are spacious (doesn't look like its from the 90s or below) - relatively quiet neighbors who are respectful of your property - close to a nice and affluent neighboorhood that is safe to walk or jog in - the apartment complexes are gated - apartments come with their own washer/dry units and fridge (so you do not have to spend and move your own in) - Zach on the management team has been attentive to our personal requests If you're looking for something on the cheaper side, this is probably not it - BUT I would be more than willing to pay a little more for safety, attentiveness, and clealiness in my apartment and the apartment complex. Manager and assistant are always there when you need them! Maintance folks are also attentive and respectfull if they have to get into your appartment for a repair. All is clean and working well. It has been a pleasure to live at Atlee all this year!

I have resided here at The Atlee for a number of years primarily because it is a safe and secure environment. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant characterized by a sense of community. The apartments are spacious and beautiful and the pool is inviting! The staff which includes; Management, Community Director and Maintenance are, professional, knowledgeable, cooperative, patient, proactive and very friendly. Communication via weekly updates regarding the community here at The Atlee are on going and appreciated. Highly recommend!

I've lived at the Atlee with my daughter for three years. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and take care of issues in a timely manner. It's super quiet and we rarely hear neighbors. We love the pool! A bonus is that its in a good location close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Also pet-friendly. We love living here.
