Tetro Student Village

My experience at Tetro Student Village was overall very positive. The apartments had plenty of space, and the runner running every fifteen minutes was extremely reliable and convenient for getting to and from campus, which made daily commuting stress-free. Maintenance was efficient and quick to respond whenever issues came up, and I really appreciated the resident events and giveaways, which were both fun and rewarding. While the towing policy could be frustrating at times, making sure your car is registered helps avoid problems. The front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful, especially Pilar, who consistently went out of her way to assist residents

I have lived at Tetro for the past year and it has been a great experience so far. I am a nursing student, and I have felt nothing but welcome by the community. One of my favorite things is the location and convenience to the school and UTSA’s campus. I also like the gym on property as well as the dog park. The maintenance has a really quick turn around that I really appreciate. When I have questions or just stopping by the office, Pilar is very attentive and helpful with anything you might need.

I’ve lived at Tetro Student Village for the past two years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The location is convenient, and the community is well maintained. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. Special shoutout to Pilar at the front office!!! She is incredibly kind and patient and always willing to help. She really makes a difference and helps make Tetro feel like home. I’d definitely recommend living here!

I honestly love living at Tetro. It’s a really nice place with friendly staff. I haven’t had any issues with living here and it’s really convenient with it being right across from campus! Also shoutout to Pilar, she’s always been super helpful anytime I’ve had questions or needed something. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and makes stuff way less stressful. Overall I’m really happy here and I’d definitely recommend it to any incoming freshman or someone who is looking for a nice affordable place!
