The leasing staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Any questions or concerns were met with a bad attitude, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered, and it seriously needs improvement.

I’ve been having excellent experiences with this property and its management team. The staff is responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and in a great location. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and the overall community feels safe and welcoming. I appreciate the clear communication and the high level of care shown to residents. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I used to live at Sundance back in 2015, and the management at that time was the worst I had experienced. I recently came back to see what had changed, and I can honestly say the community has been completely revamped. The apartments now have new flooring, updated light fixtures, fresh walls, modern appliances, and—most importantly—new management. The current management team is incredibly kind and helpful. Maintenance is also very responsive; whenever I submit a work order, they usually arrive within 10 minutes to fix the issue. If you’re looking for a beautiful, affordable apartment, Sundance is a great choice!

Sundance Apts are the worst to reside in. Leasing office staff very unprofessional and rude the property has roaches and mice I experienced first hand. Maintenance wouldn't fix central air did not have air for six months was always told someone would come work on never did gave me a moldy window unit became very ill due to it, only kèpt the front area semi cool back area would become extremely hot 85 to 90 degrees. I would not recommend that anyone live in that complex very old and rundown.

I have lived here for almost 6 years now. And when I report a problem or something that has an issue in my apartment I am told that maintenance will be there today or next thing in the tomorrow morning but they never show up. I have had issues with smell in both the bathrooms and leaks multiple times. There is a huge crack near the front door and I have reported it multiple times and was told that “we will come look at it” and they would come to look at the crack and never fix it. The same issue happened with the bathrooms the upstairs pipe from the toilet leaked and they cut out a part of the roof to get to it and I have waited more 7 Months and no one has come to fix all they do is come look at it and told me that we will get a contractor to come fix and they never show up. It is the same for all the work the new management team is lazy and they do not work in a timely manner.
