St. Mary's Flats

I cannot say enough great things about St. Mary’s Flats! From the moment we started the leasing process, Bria and Echo went absolutely above and beyond to make our move happen. My son was working on a very tight timeline and needed to be moved in within just a few days. Not only did they make it happen, but they did so with incredible professionalism, communication, and genuine care. Bria and Echo were responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever they could to help us every step of the way. Their customer service was truly exceptional and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and easy. The apartments themselves are fabulous—modern, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The community has exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited so glad we chose St. Mary’s Flats!! .
