Do not live here!!!! I ended my lease early due to the gross and weirdness of this place!! First make sure you are getting what you get when I first tried to move in on the website it says nothing about how some apartments may not have a balcony or patio this is wrong some units don’t have it and when I called to complain and ask the lady at the desk who is always so rude said well that’s your fault you never asked!! They also just walk into your apartment without notice before or after and just let them self’s in without telling you and be careful they will feed your fur babies even if you are on a medical schedule some random food they find and get them sick don’t live here it’s scary everything is dirty

Let's start off with the excellent part. The office staff!!! Frey and Yevette are INCREDIBLE. The application and move in process was so smooth and easy. Frey went out of his way to get me the perfect apartment, and helped me through everything, even when I wanted a different unit Frey said no problem. These two DEFINITELY care about the community and the residents. Super friendly, welcoming and professional! Love my apartment! Great appliances, Spacious and was spotless when I moved in and I love the large enclosed back patio! Complimentary internet is great and works well. Laundry room and mail room are very clean. Several very nice dog relief stations complete with bags and trash cans, cute dog park. Very pretty landscape and a working security gate. Now onto the not so good. One of the pools is usable but the other two are VERY green and there are no chairs, tables or sources of shade, so its kind of depressing looking. The pool gates are work but are in very bad shape. Parking is rough. There is parking but the lots are TIGHT. The beautiful community barbecue grills pictured on the website are broken down and unusable, so thst was very disappointing. There is no longer a basketball court as pictured on the website. There was at one time a playground but it has been torn down and that area looks a bit trashy. I understand advertising free electric service (which is great) but there is a huge banner above the office saying FREE ELECTRICITY, IMO it makes the property look a bit low class, but that is just my opinion. Residents leave cigarette butts and empty beer cans in community areas, especially by the ping-pong table and picnic tables. Have found that residents leave their laundry in the machines for hours, so sometimes it's hard to do laundry. Overall I'm pleased. This place definitely has potential to be a gorgeous community with a few repairs and small touches..and if the residents would clean up after themselvesand not abuse the amenities (like the destroyed grills and beer cans). It's definitely a great deal over all...despite some issues.

My Experience with Skyview Management First suggestion: Avoid staying in this apartment complex—you may regret it in the end. My rating is zero. 1.Poor management – Requests and concerns are handled slowly or ignored. Official are very mean if you metioned your request gently. I visited leasing centre day by day for at leat 20 times. 2.Terrible maintenance service – We suffered over a month without AC during 100°F temperatures, and waited more than a month for a broken microwave to be fixed. 3.Neglect of minor repairs – Even small issues like a broken tap take a long time to address. 4.Poor facilities – No children’s park, poorly maintained swimming pool, and no gym hall. 5.Faulty building structure – The entire building vibrates when someone walks in the corridor, and even rooms have broken tiles hidden under the carpet.

Great place to live and make friends. Warm and receiving staff. Nice pool and basketball courts. Near UTSA. Nice scenery
