Signature Ridge Apartments

Unfortunately, my experience at Signature Ridge has been very disappointing over the past eight months. If I could give it a zero, I would. During this time, there have been multiple serious concerns, including my car getting stolen, another car was broken into within three weeks. Another time, my bathroom flooded caused by a pipe burst inside my unit. I have also dealt with a persistent musty odor coming through the vents, ongoing pest issues including roaches, and stray cats frequently roaming the property and creating noise disturbances late into the night. Residents are advised to contact animal control themselves if it becomes an issue, which was frustrating. This is a “gated” community. Gates don’t work most times and remain open. The fencing in the backside has human-sized holes that can easily let people in. And when safety incidents occur, their language is - “no community is immune.” Maybe not, but at least try to be proactive to prevent incidents from occurring so close to each other. The condition of the apartment at move-in was also unacceptable. It appeared the unit had not been properly cleaned or prepared after the previous tenants moved out. Within the first three months alone, I had to submit maintenance requests dozens of times to address various problems. Moving from another state left little choice but to accept the situation at the time. All the leasing office does is respond with apologies, while the underlying issues have largely remained unresolved. Consistent follow-through and proactive property management have been lacking. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective residents to carefully evaluate their options before choosing this community. My strong opinion is - if possible DO NOT RENT HERE.

I won’t list where we came from but we lived in hell for years recently moved to signature Ridge and for starters Staff was friendly. The maintenance crew is hands down the AMAZING!! The listen and understand the work orders. They come in timely manner and do the job like it should be done!!! We have valet trash and at times forget so when walking to trash if they see us they stop and always assist. THANK YOU !!!

Please look elsewhere to rent an apartment. 1. Maintenance - My A/C went out over six different times during the summer last year. Every time maintenance came, they only temporarily fixed the issue for a day or two before it was finally fixed permanently after two months. It was ridiculous. I also had a leak over my roof that grew bigger over time. My dryer stopped working. It would become extremely hot and trigger the fire alarm in the apartment when the heat was turned on. There was definitely fire hazard in that apartment. 2. Safety - The front and back gate was constantly broken. Homeless people would wonder through the neighborhood, going through trash and roam around constantly at night. Forget about any fencing, it was a joke. People would constantly break the wooden fence to get through and maintenance would just replace it instead of installing better fencing. We had multiple break ins in several different cars. There were several times that people broke into the mail room. As a woman, I would constantly get stared at by other men to the point that it became uncomfortable. If you are a woman, consider going else where. 3. Living conditions - The apartment was filled with roaches. It was gross. Before I moved in, they did not clean the unit. There was hair everywhere from the previous tenant and the carpet was disgusting. The painters were so lazy to the point that they painted over the windows and even a bug on the wall. They want to give you that land lord special. There was dog poop everywhere in walking areas. 4. Leasing office - Literally impossible to get through over the phone. Even when you come in person, it will be a long wait. 5. Amenities - The gym equipment was either broken or stolen. Trash valet would constantly forget to pick up my trash.

I’ve been living in this community for over three years now, and my experience continues to be excellent. Recently, I upgraded to a new unit, and I want to give a special shout-out to Sierra and Laura from the leasing office. They truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the transition incredibly easy. I really appreciate how attentive and supportive they were throughout the entire upgrade process. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the community is well kept. The maintenance team is also very skilled and helpful, even if some requests occasionally take a bit of extra time, they always make sure the job is done right.

Wow, shoutout to the management and the entire team at Signature Ridge! I understand that sometimes things can be frustrating, and there are circumstances that are not always in the team’s hands. But I want to make it clear that my review is 100% genuine. I moved in at the end of July, and since the very beginning my experience has been very positive. When I came for a tour with Sierra, she was extremely kind and professional. Every time I’ve visited the office, she and her front desk colleague have been welcoming and helpful. Of course, when moving in, there were 1–2 small details in the apartment that are not always visible right away, but every time I’ve had a concern, the team has addressed it promptly and professionally. The maintenance team also deserves recognition: they always work hard and do their best to keep everything in great shape. So thank you, Signature Ridge Apartments, for being such an amazing team. Nobody is perfect, but you handle every situation with kindness and solutions. If you have the opportunity to move to this community DO IT! Great location, great amenities, and wonderful neighbors. I truly hope my review helps someone.
