I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing office. After my lease ended, they kept my security deposit and charged me additional fees for damages that I did not cause. The property had several issues before I moved out, and I believe the charges were unfair. Communication was poor, and they did not provide satisfactory evidence for the deductions. I would not recommend this leasing office to others based on my experience.

I recently moved out after being a resident at Sierra Ranch Apartments for almost 3 years and wanted to thank the team for their professionalism throughout my residency. “I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is quiet, clean, and feels safe.
