1 year living here and every time that i need help the leasing office is on it. Maintenance are the best and fast.

I’ve lived at Serra Ranch Apartments for one year and plan to stay longer. Maintenance is fast and reliable, rent is affordable, and the community is well maintained. I’m very happy living here and highly recommend this place.

I've been living at Sierra Ranch Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The community is well-maintained, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the management team is always helpful and responsive. The amenities are great, and the location is convenient, making it easy to get around. It's a peaceful and welcoming place to call home. I highly recommend Sierra Ranch Apartments to anyone looking for a great living experience!

TLDR: convenient location, ample parking, super friendly staff and maintenance I lived at Sierra Ranch for almost 7 years. I had nothing but pleasant experiences with the office and maintenance staff! They are amazing. My rates went up less than $100 over the 6 renewals I completed which was very surprising!! The community is full of families with children so it is expected to have noise and activity throughout the week and on the weekends. There are some kids who are up to no good who are rarely supervised but give them a stern talking to and they’ll stop bothering you. Being a complex right off the main road with no gates/fences does mean there are people off the street who may walk the complex or the laundry facilities so stay vigilant and I recommend a camera on your door and back door especially if you’re on the first story. The complex is a bit older so normal issues like water backups or foundation issues are to be expected. The complex worked really hard in the last few months to find and fix any leaks and water bills were dropping significantly for me- approximately half of what it had been in higher months. If you rent a unit that faces the big field, be prepared for balls to hit your windows or doors(I rarely saw them actually get broken) because the kids do enjoy playing cricket in the field. The dog park is decent but I chose not to use it because it backs right up to 3 buildings and the kids are usually very curious and want to engage( my dog is not fond of children) so we opted to just walk the 1/4 mile pathway! Neighbors are nice and tend to keep to themselves, the lady who lived above me has been there longer than I had so it says something about the complex to have lasting tenants like us.
