Ellen is freaking amazing. By far the nicest lady around town and they always do a great job supporting the customer. She also loves my cat Jonesy Jr. Keep up the great work Ellen and Siegel Suites Staff.

I am very grateful for office staff Ms.Kay she has been very helpful in explaining things in detail.she is friendly asks if I am doing ok if I need help with anything Just to ask . I find that she is the only one that extends herself not just to me but to all tenants i feel good knowing we have someone like her that is easy to talk to she is kind and patient I don't think i would Be as comfortable living there without someone like her .

This place has been amazing. The front desk lady Ellen went above and beyond for us. Had a package deliveredFollow-up.I was at work. the delivery person ended up leaving it in front of our room door. Call the front desk and Ellen was so sweet to run over and grab it and bring it to the front office. Recommend this place, it's been amazing

Ellen is amazing. Made sure the room was perfect before we moved in. She's very friendly, knows people by name which is rare to come by at a place like this. Been here for almost 9 months and have enjoyed it. The office holds little community events such as doughnuts, cookies, pie and drinks. Highly recommend.
