Visiting my granddaughter for the Holidays and I can say the gentleman in the front office is really nice and very welcoming! I was speaking with him and couldn’t help to notice when a resident brought a dog in it ran straight to the private office and the lady in the office knew the dogs name and sounded very nice! Thank you Juliet and Alexzander for being welcoming and helping me understand parking.

Going on 1 week without functioning AC and today is day 4 of no updates and no one coming by to check. Not sure what happened last time they came to work on the unit but now it has been blowing nonstop so I’m sure my next electric bill will be atrocious. It feels ok inside now that it’s cooling off outdoors but it was regularly over 80 degrees in my apartment and even reaching above 90 degrees at one point. Tickets are being closed repeatedly saying the work has been completed, as well. Ridiculous lack of communication regarding anything. New rule of no front door doormats unless you want to pay a fine. This wasn’t always a rule (initiated maybe a month or two ago) and I find it quite ridiculous that now I have to drag dirt and other things into my apartment. Parking is atrocious. I hate having to use an app/bluetooth on my phone for opening the gates that are not always functioning when the previous key fobs were fine. Most gym equipment/machines are out of service. Pool in the summer was closed frequently and last minute for who knows what and with unknown time frames. I can’t wait to move out. Used to love it here and then management changed and it’s been going downhill ever since.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’ve been so impressed with this community that I felt it deserved one. I’ve lived here for four years now, and I’ve honestly never been happier with it than I am under the current management, Greystar. The maintenance team has always been good, but now they respond to work orders incredibly fast — sometimes the same day — and they’re always so friendly and respectful when they come by. I also notice them walking the grounds every morning picking up any trash they see, which really shows how much pride they take in keeping the property looking nice. You can also tell the management has been proactive about improving and maintaining the community. They’ve recently done roof repairs, pressure washed all the breezeways, and restriped the parking lots. Those updates have made the whole place feel clean, refreshed, and well cared for. It’s a genuinely peaceful place to live, too. I’ve rarely had issues with noisy neighbors, and the location is incredibly convenient — close to everything I need for daily errands and commuting. One of my favorite parts of living here is the dog parks. I’ve toured many other apartment communities over the years, and none of them come close to the size and quality of the dog parks here. They are spacious, well-kept, and a huge plus if you have a dog. Every time our lease comes up, we tour other apartments just to see what’s out there — and every time, we end up renewing here. It’s consistently one of the best options in the area, especially for the price and the amenities. No place is ever completely perfect, but what I appreciate most is that management is always actively trying to make things better. You can see the effort, and it really makes a difference. Overall, I’ve truly loved living here. The pride the management and staff take in the community has made this place feel comfortable, cared for, and like home.

Serious concerns regarding the current living conditions at Savannah Oaks Apartments, specifically in light of a friend's recent move into a 3rd-floor unit last week. The reality of the property stands in stark contrast to the "elevated living" and "luxurious details" promoted, revealing significant failures across fundamental aspects of the property. The issues documented point to systemic problems with maintenance, sanitation, and security, directly contradicting the "luxury" lifestyle we were led to believe Savannah Oaks provides. Major Concerns and Discrepancies: Lack of Elevators: The complete absence of elevators is a significant accessibility barrier. This makes moving in and daily life incredibly challenging, particularly for residents on upper floors, the elderly, or those with disabilities. For a community advertised as high-end, this is a fundamental oversight that creates substantial daily inconvenience. Neglected Stairwells: The condition of the stairwells is unacceptable. We've observed: Visibly cracking paint on walls. Consistently dirty ground and steps. Numerous spiderwebs on most steps. Numerous Bee nest on almost every building Uncleaned bird eggs and droppings. This clearly indicates a severe lack of regular cleaning and maintenance. Unsanitary Bird Nest and Droppings: A large, established bird nest located directly across from a resident's door has resulted in a significant and unhygienic accumulation of bird droppings on the ground and surrounding areas. This is a serious sanitation issue. Overflowing Dumpster Area: The community dumpster area is consistently overflowing, with garbage spilling onto the ground. This creates a foul and unsanitary environment, attracting pests and severely detracting from the community's appearance. Compromised Security (Gated Community Claim): Despite being advertised as a "gated community," the main gate has been observed to be wide open for extended periods. This completely negates the primary security benefit and leaves residents vulnerable, directly contradicting a key advertised feature. These issues are not minor inconveniences; they represent significant failures in property management that directly impact residents' quality of life, safety, and health. The current state of Savannah Oaks does not align with the premium living experience that is being advertised.

Here is a visual of my first 4 days at Savannah Oaks. On top of these photos. The AC and oven went out the first day. Then two days later the tub cracks and leaks water underneath, six hours later the washer floods the front part of the apartment. I should have trusted my gut on move in day when they hadn’t fixed any of the cosmetic issues in these photos, even though there was an agreement that they would be done before move in.
