Sapphire Apartments

Just moved into these apartments yesterday, and I must say everything was absolute amazing from the paperwork to getting the keys. Sabrina is hands down the BEST leasing agent I have ever worked with. She made the process so smooth I couldn't have asked for better. The ladies in the office were also so kind, friendly and knowledgeable, hands down i give this place a solid 10. The apartments are also so beautiful inside, very affordable, cozy, and quiet. If youre looking for a place to call home I highly recommend sapphire apartments.

We unfortunately were denied by another Apartment complex and needed something ASAP. After a Google Search, Sapphire was the first to pop up!! I called them and told them our situation and they immediately told me to relax and they will take care of everything. And they really did!! We were approved next day, and then everything went smooth as butter after that!! They rushed getting the unit ready for us and we couldn't be more appreciative! Sabrina was amazing!!! She answered every single question I called about! And I called A LOT! She always made me seem like a priority, we have been here a month now and they have always been extremely nice and professional and also they really do love what they do! I could not recommend this place more if I tried!!

After driving over 1,750 miles from PA to San Antonio to work for one of the big employers here. I did all my due diligence and had another apt that I paid all my deposits ahead of time so I could have a smooth move-in to get ready for my new position. I was told by that apt complex that the apt was ready for me to move-in, but long story short it was not and I had less than 2 days to find another space to live. I looked at 6 apts before I found Sapphire apt complex. The PMs' were professional, knowledgeable and showed me apts that were move-in ready and gave me a choice to pick the apt I liked. The customer service was excellent and the location to my job was a bonus. I would refer Sapphire apts as they definitely went above and beyond to help me get moved into my apt within 2 hours. After traveling over 1,750 miles and the first mishap happened, I feel blessed to now have a space to call home and where I feel comfortable. THANK YOU

Recently moved in and its been a great experience so far. The management here has been really helpful and kind. Kuddos to the Sapphire staff (Genia, Sabrina and Jennifer) for all they did to make this a smooth experience. Moving over the holidays can be a thing but in this case it was smooth. This is my third move here and glad to be back. Previously only moved away for job locations. Its a nice community here and thats mostly due to the staff and crew.

I am getting ready to move into the Sapphire apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Sabrina, who showed us around, was absolutely wonderful—she was very sweet, gave us a lot of helpful information, and even cracked jokes with us, which made the tour feel comfortable and enjoyable. She also took the time to reassure my mom, who was with us, that this is a safe community and a great environment to live in. Jennifer, the leasing agent, was also amazing. She thoroughly explained the pricing and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. Overall, the entire process has been smooth and stress-free. I truly recommend these apartments and am very excited to live here. I am extremely thankful to both Jennifer and Sabrina for all their help and support throughout this process.
