Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to be discriminated against. Called asking about fees especially their $70 for one gig internet and got told you can’t afford this and wouldn’t be a great place for you.

Both me and my boyfriend have lived here for a long time and we love it here! The staff and the new management are super friendly and helpful, I go in occasionally to get things I need printed as I don’t have a printer and they are always happy to help me. Whatever we need they’ve always been accommodating and honestly we just love the staff as everyone is so friendly! Highly recommend!

So I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and it’s been okay. But recently I have put in a maintenance request for my kitchen beamed lights to be fixed. I called multiple times and they either haven’t bothered to answer or give me a different excuse about the situation everytime and it’s been a month with still no fix. Also they switched portals fairly recent and the rent use to be given on the 26th and now it’s given on the 1st (when rent is due), which they expect us to pay online with a $30 dollar convenience fee but there is nothing convenient about spending 30 dollars. I go to pay it on the fifth which now they are charging an additional 96 dollars bc it’s late. But keep in mind I have a job and school and banks are not open on some days of the weekend. And I go to give them my cashier check without the late fee on it and say I’ll pay it tomorrow when I get paid and they tell me no we cannot take your rent until the late fee is on it. Personally I don’t think i should be paying a fee when they have failed to fix one light and I’ve always been on time for 2 years to pay rent
