Wanted to share my experience. I had a tour of two apartments, April was wonderful. She was beyond helpful, answered all of my questions and was very professional. I look forward to moving forward in the process 💟

if i could give this place 0 stars i absolutely would.. i went in to look for apartment staff (im an African american woman) .. i walked into the front office and i was waiting around for awhile and no one seemed to be in the front until i made an announcement stating " hello is anyone here ? " all of the sudden a lady who clearly wasn't doing her job fulfilling the needs of people who pay rent on time every month .. anyways she came in a panic with a very grouchy attitude like as if i was bothering her? when i clearly just needed help with my unit.. also she REEKED like marijuana and also saw her putting a lighter into her purse, the entire front office smelled like marijuana.... that is so disrespectful to the other tenants and also people who would like to tour units. i read her name tag and it said april. i tried to be lenient with her and she just seemed super upset when i just genuinely needed help with my unit. i asked for her last name and she replied rudely " i don't need to provide you with any of that information , if you have an issue you can take it up with higher up , i wont get fired anyways " i was completely heartbroken.. even after i still tried to attempt to be nice to her i politely asked her again and she stated " if u don't like it here then just leave we don't like "YOUR KIND OF PEOPLE ANYWAYS". she honestly is not a good fit at all for that position.. and i am completely upset and heartbroken that someone can be so racist towards someone .. especially because i am a woman of color. if this isn't resolved i will have my lawyer involved for emotional distress and i will be contacting Human Resources and Regional Managers As well.

Saddle Ridge Apartments has been a great place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly. April, the assistant manager, is especially helpful — she’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. My unit was comfortable and the amenities were always in good shape. Overall, a very positive and stress-free living experience.”

Every day it gets worse; the Saddle Ridge office blocks off all the parking spots with cones. These spots are not even being occupied by tenants or potential tenants, but are blocked just to keep the lot closed for parents during pick-up hours when they are getting children. There is a 15-20 minute window of parents parking to pick up children. This apartment is directly in front of a school, and it's been this way forever. In the morning, during drop-off, there are no cones. There are no cones all day, but immediately they move golf carts and put cones out when school lets out at 2:55 PM. These pictures were taken at 3:17 PM today by my neighbor, they were showing me they added more cones, and I'm uploading them to show how ridiculous it is being controlling over a parking spaces that parents use. I wouldn't move here; imagine how they will be when you live here nope they definitely don't seem family friendly.

Let me start by saying, the idea of renting or moving was so scary for me. I am just coming out of a divorce, little cash income, and bad credit. I am so blessed to have spoke with April today. She was quick to respond to the online message. She called me and made time to answer all my questions. I stopped by due to her kindness on the phone and walked out with an apartment. I am in awe of how easy the good Lord gave me this home. Shocked to get in and get approved. Not even how quickly it all happened. April even hooked me up with the Spectrum guy, Mike. They will be out tomorrow to put cable in my new home. Sometimes in life we are so quick to complain but don't stop and thank Jesus for the little things in life. Thank you April for the time and attention you gave me. Also, they asked maintenance to stop by when he got the chance to look at something simple. It was done before I made to the apartment. I'll follow up my review in 6 months. As for me,,, These folks can only work with what they have and I am truly blessed and pleased to do business with them. After owning it's an adjustment to rent again. Thank you April and Danya. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making such a stressful tough decision seem so effortless. Sometimes it's not how it looks but how the people doing it, make it work. God bless you all.
