This place gets zero stars if there was such a thing ! Building 6 is disgusting roaches everywhere !! Gated community yet gates are always broken. Come see for yourself! Don’t even get me started on the parking, place is so ghetto yet they tow your car for any little thing even if you park in visitor section. Cops are always being called here. DO NOT RENT HERE <———

April could not have made the process any easier. I am satisfied with the effort she put in to making sure i was comfortable with the move. Looking forward to the year here.

This is place is horrible I came to visit a friend in building 7. The whole area smells like dog poo it’s everywhere ! Her apartment is infested with German roaches and she told me there are several buildings from what she says from her neighbors have all agreed have the same issue and the management does nothing about it. Everyone smokes weed and it goes through the vents not too mention the curb appeal inside the complex is disgusting and the gates are always broken. Don’t move here !

I would like to recognize our Assistant Apartment Manager, April, for the outstanding job she does for our community. She is always professional, kind, understanding, and willing to help residents with any questions or concerns. April works hard to make sure the property is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for everyone who lives here. She goes above and beyond handling resident relations, maintenance concerns, and day-to-day operations while always keeping a positive attitude. It’s clear she truly cares about both the residents and the apartment community. Her dedication, communication, and hard work do not go unnoticed. Thank you, April, for everything you do!
