2/28/2025 Overall I am happy with this place during the 1 month of living here. - It is modern and the views are gorgeous. - The ceilings are tall. - The community is chill where I don't feel unsafe walking around the premise late at night. - Maintenance is solid - Staffs are friendly - Every unit comes with a garage, which is incredibly convenient. - Everything feel accessible like cafes, shopping, etc. Each building and unit have their own unique residents. You have the families with children, professionals, old couples, students, and the list goes on and on like a box of chocolates. Some are lucky and some are not. 12/15/2025 review Building/unit - Still going strong, roommates and I are happy with this particular unit. Just keep it clean and tidy and cozy. Maintenance - One of their biggest strongest point at least for my experience. They are very friendly and constantly on the clock working and fixing things. No bad experience and was very happy with them. Gym/Pool/Amenities - People here are friendly and respectful at the gym. It has pretty much what you need for the major part to work out on. Most of the time there are fresh supplies of cleaning wipes, which a lot of apartments don't really keep track of. You get diverse people here at the gym. - Pool is also their big selling point that always impress guests. It's kept nice and tidy. Community -It's a beautiful complex though it does have its own issues with some residents not picking up their dog poop. Overall the residents here are friendly and perfect for families. You see families walking together after dinner, kids playing outside, and so on. Feels safe and people are respectful for the most part. People like to decorate their patios and such so it's nice to look at how others decorated their space. Landscape - I can walk outside around the complex and see various angles of the city and hills. It's one of the better places to take a nice evening stroll after dinner or even take a walk to the Elian residence. The trees, plants, are nicely placed and each side has it's own unique angle rather than your typical flat complex. Staff - This new team has been enjoyable than the previous one. The community events hosted by the office are fun and they do it at least twice a month. No judgement and they are friendly. 5/9/2026 Renewed and to add to this review, Ana, who is an Apartment Life event coordinator, has been doing such amazing job past many months with the community events at least twice a month. The painting, gift wrappings, and so on has been a blast.

It’s not safe here. Gates are always unlocked. I’ve had taillights stolen off my truck. People come and go as they please. You can walk into the building easily. I no longer live here and I’m so happy. This management team is terrible and has just gotten worse over time. I was there from the beginning when this place was called the Towers at la cantera, so have been able to see the downfall over the years. This last year was the absolute worst apt experience I’ve ever had. When you read through the 5 star reviews they’re all about the tours. Isn’t that a red flag to you? It should be. Ignore the event ones too, that stuff doesn’t matter if your day to day isn’t good. I like that each unit comes with a garage, the pool is good but is aging and not what it was before. Especially since anyone just goes whenever despite the annoying wrist band thing. The maintenance team was good. But the appliances and especially the AC are so bad. When I lived there the AC broke more than 5 times and 3 separate times for extended periods of time where I had to have a portable unit. The first management company had scent machines in all the halls and it was great. That stopped. They were on top of recycling, that stopped. They used to be so much stricter about dog dookie but that is not at all the case anymore. The walls are thin, people are loud and nothing ever keeps it respectable. The complex used to be a luxury complex but not anymore. The worst thing at the apt is dealing with the office staff. They are not responsive. You call and email and they say they’ll get back with you but never do. You have to physically go into the office to get something done and half the time it’s a waste of time with these people. The worst part is they now use some horrible AI person to answer phones and emails so it’s even harder to get ahold of the office staff. There was a point where I had to submit maintenance orders to get the office to return my calls/emails. Again the maintenance team is really good. They use a weird website to make you pay rent. Everything just feels so scummy there. I’ve seen them be so warm and fuzzy to potential tenants but the moment someone who lives there walks in they become cold. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you could. There’s so many places with better office staff and management. Edit: I forgot to add one night one of the valet trash people attacked a door dash driver with a machete. Made me feel extra unsafe. There’s no point in reaching out. I don’t even live there anymore and when I did I emailed that email and called the office countless times just to either not get an answer or be shooed away like an inconvenience.

My wife and I walked into The Reveal Skyline hoping to get a proper tour, but unfortunately that was not the case. One staff member simply told us where the rooms were, handed us two keys, and said one might work for two units and the other for one, but he wasn’t sure. We were surprised because there were three staff members sitting down, music blasting in the office, yet no one could get up to actually show us around. We ended up viewing the available units by ourselves and were even given a building code, which felt odd. The interiors were dirty and smelled like smoke. After seeing two units, we had enough and walked back inside thinking maybe someone would at least show us the amenities, but again the three staff members remained seated, so we had to go look ourselves. Overall, the customer service was terrible and the entire experience felt unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a welcoming leasing experience.
