As my lease comes to an end and I reflect on my apartment and overall living situation at Remington Ranch, I will say it was a positive one! I chose this apartment because it was close to my job and in my price range. My apartment size was sufficient enough for one person and included all the appliances necessary to ad convenience and efficiency to life. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had a request, Any complaint I may have made was taken seriously and immediately addressed. I lived on the top floor so the noise was minimal for me although I can't speak to that being everyones experience. The amazon lockers were super convenient if you have items delivered often and do not want to run the risk of them being taken if left at your front door. If I had to make any complaint, it would only be that the dumpster often gets overly full and residents just leave their garbage bags in front of the dumpster which allows animals to rummage through them and leave trash in the parking lot. It was a minor inconvenience and and eyesore, but to no fault of the staff of course. Overall I appreciated living here and took it for what it was! You get what you pay for these days and it was far from the worst out there for the price!

Update (12/25/25) - As I see the reply from Remington Ranch Management attempting to save their reputation when I moved out, I’ll attach the photos from their previous work orders they never finished on move out. Yes, they charged a cleaning fee on move out if you’re wondering. Remington Ranch Management - No emails. Discuss it here. You had your chances for emails. Update (7/2/25): Anterra as a whole has ruined this property. Office staff can't fix problems at property (nice people - limited in ability to help); however, maintenance is not helpful and unprofessional. Avoid this property & anything with Anterra's name on it like the plague. Now at a 3.6 on Google for a reason. Update (06/12/24): There are rocks everywhere…WHY? Office staff is still slow. They’re having contests to boost the Google reviews back up. Went from 4.5 to 3.8 since I’ve been here (2 years). Review (2023): Unit is nice, but has multiple small maintenance issues throughout. Once putting in work orders, maintenance comes by and attempts to fix them, but doesn't fully finish the job. Also, front office needs to be constantly reminded if requesting something from them. Nice place, but definitely needs to be more efficient. Also, whoever decided the new blue/white/black door paint colors should be fired. Maintenance (2024): Please read the work-order description. Secondly, thanks for never stopping by when I put my request in twice for the bugs. I resolved it on my own but thanks for nothing.

Good place so far. Until I read the post and saw the videos of the management staff calling out a video of a new resident for something going on in office. Where they gave out the residents full name, apartment number, phone number, and email. They even posted security footage. They took down the post from instagram already. But after hearing all of that i feel like everyone should walk on egg shells cause you don’t know what they will do. They say this is a smoke free community and they make you sign a form that says manager will evict you in 24hrs if caught smoking. But i have seen maintenance and residents smoke here all the time. Parking is tough you do have to get here early to get a good spot.

Moved in here in June. Upon move in the management lied to us about multiple things to get us to move in, like upgrades, discounted rent, and certain appliances. After signing all papers and paying all fees we were declined those things which was the only reason we had moved in. Management was no help, if they feel like saying no which they did, they’ll say no and say sorry you signed a lease and admit to being told false information. On top of that all out packages were stolen for the first 2 weeks of living there because they never updated there system and they gave the last tenant all our codes to get our packages with, personal belongings, jewelry, clothes, tons of things. And management admitted they know who took them, how they took them, and declined to check camera footage or help law enforcement in this matter. At the end of the day we were out thousands of dollars because they couldn’t properly do what they were paid to do. After months of talking to them they said they’d cut our lease short to 6 months and of course we took it. In those 6 months I put more work orders in than I can count. Old dishwasher broke every time they’d come “fix it”, ac won’t go below 72 and they can’t do anything, and when we moved in every door had holes in them, big gashes through the doors that someone threw paint on, and that alone to get replaced took them 4 months. 4 months after knowing about it since move in day. Refrigerator leaked the whole 6 months puddles of water into the kitchen everyday and right after they fixed it it’d go back to being broken. Roaches that they can’t seem to get rid of and If you are thinking of moving here, just don’t. It’s plain and simple. You would think when your paying $2k a month for a 3 bd apartment with old and broken appliances they’d try and help, show some remorse, or do anything for that matter but here, they won’t. They will say to you what they did to me word for word which was “you signed a legal binding document”. Upon move out they charged us $400 in fees. We left the place cleaner than when we received it and in better condition too seeing as all the holes were fixed after months of them being there. Me and my spouse deep cleaned bathrooms, rooms, cleaned the hell out of that place and they still stole our deposit and charged us false fees that they wanted to make up. None of the managers there are professional, once you at one thing they don’t like they feel entitled to not need to talk to you even though you are the resident. This place is a scam, it’s overpriced for cheap broken apartments that maintenance does a horrible job at maintaining. If you want good customer service you would have better luck going to literally any other property than talking to anybody at this establishment. Save your money, save your time, and don’t make the same mistake we made… living here.

I don’t like to be the type of person that leaves a review for things I never actually experienced but I think a leasing offices activities are a great example of how management will be at an apartment complex. We had an appointment scheduled at Remington Ranch and when we arrived there was a very poorly set up “we will be back clock” that indicated the office would not reopen until 45 minutes after our appointment time. We waited 30 minutes before leaving disappointed that we were not able to receive a tour for one of our top pick apartments. Why bother scheduling an appointment when our time is not respected. Glad we got an instant view of how poor management would be here before we bothered wasting time with touring, applications, and anything related to moving in here.
