I toured Redbird Ridge Apartments, and Alyssa made the experience stand out. She took the time to understand my needs, was professional, thorough, and actually listened. She showed me two units and all the amenities, gave helpful insights on the space, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were exactly what I needed. Thanks, Alyssa. Update: Alyssa, Brooke, and the maintenance staff are very responsive. Alyssa and Brooke in particular, have addressed all my concerns. They’re friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at home. Since moving in here, I’ve felt peaceful, comfortable, and supported. Update: The only downside I have with living here is the traffic.

Just moved in this past weekend and it was so simple and accommodating! BROOKE is AMAZING!! She was such a huge help and made sure she communicated with us every step of the way. We love our apartment, we love how peaceful and quiet everything here is! Update: We had a maintenance issue and we informed the office. Within a DAY, they came in and fixed everything right up 🙌 Absolutely love it here 😝

Brooke told me if I didn’t leave her a review, she would cut off my gym and coffee access, so here we go: Great apartments to live in, quiet, with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff I’ve met have all been great, from the amazing Brooke, Alyssa, and Lexi, to Javier and his team maintaining the grounds wonderfully. Five stars all around! I need to update this cause I don’t know one of the leasing office staffs’ name, but she is also super duper awesome sauce! Maybe even better than Brooke? The best even?! Brooke, can I keep using the gym and coffee? (I’m joking of course guys, she did not say that to me. She is great. They all are.)
