I would not recommend living at Prose Westover Hills. We’ve had multiple issues, and management does not handle concerns the way they should. One major problem was getting our car towed because a leasing agent gave us the wrong information about parking. When we went to the office to explain the situation, they brushed it off and didn’t take responsibility. Shortly after that, the staff involved were no longer there, and nothing was ever properly resolved. Trash is a constant issue. Even though we pay for trash services, it often doesn’t get picked up. There is trash all over the property, dumpsters overflow, and it makes the whole complex look unclean. There is also animal poop everywhere that doesn’t get cleaned up. Parking is nearly impossible to find most nights, which just adds more stress when coming home. Safety is another concern. Cars are broken into frequently, and it doesn’t feel secure. There are dogs barking all night, and it’s hard to sleep. When you bring issues to the leasing office, they say they’ll take care of it, but nothing really changes. Inside the apartments, the quality is not great either. The flooring is very cheap and starts peeling up. The walls are extremely thin — you can hear full conversations from neighbors even when they’re not yelling. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience and not the luxury community they say they are. I would strongly suggest looking at other options before choosing to live here.

Jasmin was one of the sweetest person I have met’ during my visit she had such a great bubbly attitude and made me feel so welcomed! It absolutely made my experience so great. Recommend living here 100%

The St. Patrick's Day party at the leasing office was a blast! We celebrated the Irish holiday in style with delicious hot dogs and refreshing beer. I love how our leasing team goes all out to bring the community together for every holiday throughout the year. They even make it super convenient for those working late, ensuring everyone can join the fun! The scavenger hunt for leprechauns was a total hit—who knew hunting for tiny Irish 🍀 characters could be such a thrill? And let me tell you, some fantastic prizes were waiting at the end of that rainbow! What an unforgettable celebration! Thank you, Prose Westover Hills Leasing team, for a grand celebration🍻🍀

My experience at this apartment complex has been severely affected by disruptive noise from my downstairs neighbor since they moved in over a year ago. The constant stomping, banging, and dropping of heavy items at all hours, including late into the night and early morning (e.g., 1 am, 4 am, 6 am), has made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. There are also frequent instances of yelling, including at their dog for extended periods. Despite repeated complaints and providing video evidence, management has failed to take effective action to address this ongoing nuisance. Security response times have also been unacceptable, often taking 3-4 hours, rendering their intervention ineffective. As a second-floor resident, I'm also concerned for those living below that neighbor . Paying $1460 a month, I expect a basic level of quiet enjoyment in my home, which has not been provided. Many residents are leaving due to similar issues. I do not recommend this complex if you value a peaceful and quiet living environment. I accidentally went into the wrong place but because I was so welcomed by Jaimiah at the front that I ended up missing my appointment at 5pm and stayed for 3 hrs at the wrong location. But it was so worth it. Being the first time renting an apartment and being new to stuff like this he made me very comfortable. I can talk to him and trust him with the place. It’s a bonus for the place being really nice and I love the kitchen they have here perfect for people who love to cook and love space. Definitely going to be moving here 🥺
