Great place to live. Parking a problem.

The apartment in indisputably a best choice. Everything is as new as shown in the model. The office addresses your concerns asap. If you have an urgent issue like a problem with the AC they will tend to it in 10 minutes even during the weekends. I am editing this part of my review and rating because we have this problem with a super noisy upstairs neighbor whose kids won’t stop running. We have let the office know a few times and I think they have done their part and the situation is way better now. But all in all, it’s a great complex. Great community. Amenities, pool, and common areas are always clean. Never ever will you see a messy dumpster. I absolutely love my apt here and totally recommend this place.

Cal provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure all questions are answered. Truly appreciate the positive experience and highly recommend him.

I’ve lived here since Prose first opened. While many members of the staff are incredible, which is why I’m giving 3 stars, there are areas where the resident experience has changed over time. There was a point where interactions felt more consistent and every resident appeared to receive the same level of professionalism and respect. Recently, that consistency has not always been there. Some staff members are warm and welcoming every time, while others can come across as dismissive or inconsistent in how residents are treated. At times, it creates an uncomfortable experience walking into the office not knowing what type of interaction you’re going to receive that day. I also believe there can sometimes be more focus placed on attracting potential residents than maintaining the same level of engagement and appreciation for current residents who already call this community home. Residents invest a significant amount to live here, and consistent professionalism and fairness should always remain a priority. That said, there are still many positives about living here. The maintenance team has been outstanding and consistently responds quickly and professionally. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the location is excellent with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Watching the Six Flags fireworks has also been a great perk. One ongoing issue is that many residents do not clean up after their pets, which impacts the appearance of the property. Unfortunately, that seems common across many communities today. Overall, there are many things that make this place feel like home, and there is still a strong foundation here. However, any community experience is shaped by consistency, and there is an opportunity for growth in ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and treated professionally every time they walk through the office doors.
