Gabrielle was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process! She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Her communication was excellent, and she made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. Pradera is fortunate to have someone like Gabrielle representing their community. I have just now happily completed my fifth year here at PRADERA could not ask for a better community living experience. We have an impeccable maintenance team that is always fast acting respectful and courteous. The landscaping team keeps our yards manicured perfectly.. and we have a Wonderful staff in the front office. The ladies are always quick to respond to issues concerns or questions. All of these Wonderful attributes are will keep me here and very happy. PRADERA is a wonderful community to live in... I myself have a cat, but if you are a dog person, our community really caters to you with a beautiful dog park for large and smaller fur babies. We also have a gorgeous community center with full gym and beautiful pool.

Gaby is amazing!!! Not a big fan of the pest control (especially since you pay $10 in pest control fees per month) but 8/10
