Huge thank you to Gabe, Jacob, and bonus guest Gabe’s dad for getting my air conditioner fixed — it took a couple of days, but me and the doggies are officially cool and comfy now 🙌 Truly one of my favorite parts of renting is having things taken care of! My doggies were absolutely thrilled with the visitors… pretty sure they think you came just to see them 😂 Appreciate the hard work and friendly faces. As always thank you!

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment community. The property is beautifully maintained with impressive amenities and a great overall atmosphere. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. This is by far one of the best complexes I’ve visited, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

I lived at Paragon at Westover Hills and had a severe ant infestation in my unit and the occasional roach. Despite multiple complaints, management did not treat the issue with urgency or seriousness. Instead of resolving the problem, they attempted to charge me to transfer to another unit — even though the original unit was not livable due to the infestation. After I left, they billed me $3,157.12 for “breaking the lease,” even though the situation amounted to constructive eviction because the apartment was not maintained in habitable condition. I highly recommend documenting everything if you decide to live here. The ant problem is not limited to individual apartments. Ants are in the common areas, the parking lot, and even at the pool. I would regularly find ants in my car and get ant bites when trying to use amenities. On top of that, there is constant noise from barking dogs throughout the property. Overall, I do not recommend these apartments. I am pursuing a civil suit for the damage this has caused to my credit and rental history. You can see them in the photos, proof I am not making this up 😡

I genuinely hate having to write a one star review but after moving out I have called 3 times. And got sent to the call service and the put in tickets requesting I get a call back from the office about a deposit that is owed Not only that there was a problem where we were over charged for are extension which is being tracked which I do give them courtesy on but we’re still waiting on that money I genuinely did feel welcomed through out my stay but at the end of it all I’ve learned it’s just a business I’m still waiting on my deposit and the extra rent that is suppose to be refunded back to me usually they have a after care service team a complex’s to help with these matters but sadly I have looked through all my emails and have not seen one and I have been trying to get in touch with the office. To get any information and I completely understand things get busy but after calling a few times and being told we’re leaving a task for the office staff to do and still have not gotten any help or email on who I should reach out to it gets frustrating we moved out 2 months ago and still not recieved are deposit back and I do think it is well past the 30 day mark for receiving a deposit back in the state of Texas and I’m trying to be understanding but 60 days. I don’t think in the Texas landlord deposit policy that’s really allowed after 30,days is the dead line I thought . It’s just a bummer cause the staff are really really nice but after moving out trying to get some questions answered seem pretty hard

Living at Pargon for about a year has made clear to me to Never Rent at property managed by BH. My experience has been terrible here from the start out unit not being ready and having to moved into a different one which smelled like cigarettes and cat urine and disgusting carpet that we complained about 3 times during our walk thru and the informed us was cleaned multiple times but would be cleaned again at the time the manger had refused to change the carpet in the unit prior to our move in but we already had to leave our other lease and had movers paid for so we moved in. On the first night we noticed just how nasty the carpet was and the fact that the windows and blinds had a yellow residue of cigarettes. after finally taking this to the manger again they agreed to change the carpet but now we needed to move ours stuff out for them to do so or rent a garage which we were then told we would have keep the whole lease 95 dollars a month for a 2 day need for them to replace carpet they should have done from the start. fast forward i have paid my rent on time every month for the duration of my lease and only this last month i used the wrong account to make the payment tried to correct it but since the system will not allow you to make over payment i needed to wait for it to fail to then remake the payment i was charge 45 return fee which i total understand and paid and 130 dollar late fee which i had asked for a one time courtesy the same courtesy they had asked us to extend to them during our move in for the unit not being ready and moving us closer to sea world side which we didn't want. this place has more issues then just that i would highly look elsewhere and would look for a property not managed by BH.
