All these reviews are cute and nice yeah but I’m been living here 6-7 months and this is my REAL living experience! 1. Neighbors above me are literal HORRIBLE. 2. Don’t let it rain because the lights in the whole apartment complex turns off and doesn’t come back on for hours so you’re sitting in your hot house and it always happens in the middle of the night (with no one to call). The complex doesn’t open until 10 AM EVERY DAY so you literally just have to wait. Got kids or work the next day? Oh well. You won’t have any lights or air conditioning! 3. I’ve had to get the air conditioning fixed TWICE since moving here. 4. My toilet has been broke since we moved out here and it’s been fixed multiple times. 5. Dryer is now broke again and it’s been fixed once before. 6. The fire alarm is now going off in the middle of the night . We have KIDS and work the next day! And nope can’t call the office because it’s 5 AM and they are CLOSED the next day. Go figure. 7. Really don’t understand why we have a law enforcement number to call, they do absolutely nothing. I’m really thinking about just paying to get out of my lease because I’ve been living on my own for 5-6 years and I’ve NEVER had such a horrible experience living in an apartment complex. Sidenote: Maintenance is GREAT! The office is GREAT! They’ve all been nice. It’s just these things I absolutely cannot deal with for another year. Especially in the middle of the night.

Such a great experience! Adriana and Emma were both so friendly, helpful, and made the entire leasing process easy and stress-free. The community is beautiful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

I love my time here! Adriana and Emma are amazing and always helps me out. The pool is wonderful and fun specially in this heat! 10/10 highly recommend❤️
