Nueces Lofts

This is the most beautiful community I have ever lived in! I am so grateful that I call these people my neighbors! They are some of the most kind people that you can find here in Corpus! The city is amazing and has so many opportunities regardless of your walk of life! Nueces is the place that gives you the space to pursue your goals! ❤️🕺 Stay chill and consider moving here if you want to join the party and live life the fun way!

I have lived here for 2 years with no issues. Unique building. Dog friendly. Maintenance requests are responded to in timely manner. Highly recommended as we would love new dog friendly neighbors.

I love the location - easy walk to Shoreline, the marina, and downtown restaurants. Community Grocery is on the first floor and offers sandwiches and a variety of great beverages along with grocery necessities. The Lofts staff loves the community vibe. Beautiful views of Corpus Christi bay front. Parking spaces across the street were also a big plus.

So thankful to have found a home here. I have wonderful neighbors, maintenance never leaves my requests unanswered, and the staff hears and accommodates me. Not to mention the amenities!

This place is 10/10 solid stop spot to live. You are close to everything you would need. You can jump on the freeway a coupe lights down the road you can hop down to the water not but a stones throw from your front door. It is a cool historical part of corpus with great safe parking.
