Northwest Trails

I am going to write this review because this place is the worst place to move in. They try to act like an HOA COMMUNITY!!!! when it is NOT! The new manager is a person that has nothing to do but bother the tenants with endless emails. More so an embarrassment to the company, with a manager writing emails filled with grammatical errors and misspellings it has become a joke. At least know how to write an email before demanding the world. NO ONE LIKES HIM IN THIS COMMUNITY! the constant complaining of our lots is insane ! even minuscule stuff such as outdoor plants and oil stains in the street that we can’t control is being told we need to take care of. The playground has been broken for years ! and is a safety hazard with the rusty swing that squeaks can be heard for miles ⚠️ all he does is complain ! The pool is not always clean in summer I’ve never used it because I notice a lot of people that don’t live here come and use it’s gross . But they sure do love to put money to make sure the office looks good with flower they have to buy every week cause they dry up. Also to note that people keep breaking into the mailboxes cause they are always broken that even the post office left a note saying how bad it is. I would not recommend to live here can’t wait to move out after my lease is done!

I have been living in this community for over 4 years. I have never been so disrespected by someone of management, until today by Jaime Mastaw. I had called the office on 09/11 to inform of my bricks being taken from my property and was wondering what happened. He informed me they took the bricks but would return them. I called again around 1:30 09/12 to ask about my bricks that i paid for , to see when they would be returned. They moved a double wide trailer into the spot next to my house and tore up the grass that was left and left black marks all over my drive way , When i asked him if he was going to clean this up as well as return the bricks , he got a very snippy with me . When i asked him why he was treating me like this he told me " that he was gonna dish out, whatever was dished out to him " I said sir that is not right youre treating me very ugly when you came to my house which i own and removed something i paid for with out asking me ., He told me they removed the bricks cause they looked ugly. I do not feel this is right at all. When i told him i do not appreciate him treating me like this he told me , what do i except when i keep saying the same thing over and over again. I also asked him if they could please fix the mess the made when they moved the new trailer in and he responded with we will clean it when we get done whenever that will be . He then told me he would not be moving the trailer , which i then told him i had no idea what he was talking about because i have nothing to do with that trailer , he then stayed quiet untill he hung up on me !!!!!!!! On top of this the whole time i was talking , he was talking over me , I can not believe some one who is a professional and someone older would even treat some one like this to begin with , I love my home and just want to be treated fairly and the fact that they came to my house and stole the bricks because they felt it was ugly to the them and then for him to be so incredible ugly and well just plain nasty is just wild to me. please do better , I should not be targeted or verbaly abused... in a home i OWN.
